Dine in lobby is very dirty, food all over the floors and seats, nothing has been wiped down like signs, walls or anything else. I heard they had roaches there and I could definitely see why. The food was made fresh and good but the inside of that place was pretty disgusting. Im mot talking shit im talking what I saw. They can do better in there. Dave the founder would be disappointed in this location.

All I have to say is wow..My order was missing things . Gave me nuggets instead of tenders. Wanted to search my bag and gave me the run around as if I ate it that fast in drive threw..Had to drive back and get frys.
Then the cashier wanted to say y'all doing to much..No I spent 35 dollars and wanted my food then the manager wanted to charge me again for something I already paid for..
I will not be back ..I guess Wendy's wants to close then since you don't need business.
As I had got so much attitude why would I go back..Horrible..

Absolutely pathetic place of service. Over the last two months Ive given this Wendy's three orders. Not a single one was right, items missing or incorrect. Fights over appropriate amount of sauces (they like to stiff you. Pay for 10? You'll get 5.), and a lot of times it's an argument to get stuff corrected.

My last straw was tonight, when my Frostys were just completely missing from the order, and I had to go back and get my sauces fixed because they gave me the wrong sauces. Then I get home and the food is just cold, not lukewarm, just cold.

Management needs to be reviewed if they believe any of this is acceptable in customer service. Train your people to be accurate over fast, and to not assume the worst. And don't tell a paying customer they're wrong when you don't give them what's on the receipt.

Some of the absolute worst service I have ever gotten out of fast food. I’m all about giving our youth a chance in the working world, but it takes a certain level of competence to be able to do certain things. It doesn’t matter if I go in, go through the Drive-thru or order on DoorDash, the quality is just getting worse and worse. Wendy’s is one of my all-time favorite fast food establishments, but if staff is going to continue to be this way, there’s no point in me wasting my money
