I came normally everyday at 5:00 pm so as I get off work each day and order a 1 Large and everyday my food something is wrong with the sandwich or they don't give me the right fires size I come back around to get the mistake corrected and nothing 😞😞

This Skokie location of Wendy’s on Touhy Ave. is experimenting with AI “order assistant” that made me ill when I realized it was a robot trying to take my order. I asked the machine and she answered that she is a new AI assistant and I replied that I want to talk to a human, but eventually drove away. Enough already. We are already cashiers at supermarkets and now Wendy’s margin is more important than human being that will lose the job over robots? Not on my dime, Wendy’s.

I work next door at the Long John Silvers. I get them for lunch and they are always abosultely on point and delicious. Everything is fresh and made right every time. I commend the crew because they are amazing!! Love them!!! 💜💜

This is the. Worst place ever the people are terrible They're rude They do drugs there And their food is not cooked. I would not recommend this place at all to no one.
This is it I'm done with this place. The first time I came 2 Chainz was working there with his dreads hanging over the sandwiches and his dreads were long. Right then and there I turned around and walked out He didn't have no head covering on. Today I go and I'm watching this lady which obviously is the manager cuz she's not dressed like everybody else going into the bun bags with no gloves on putting them in the toaster. So I asked the young girl which was so sweet young black girl Why is she going in those bags with no gloves on. She said that's just how she is. Then the young girl tells the woman to put some gloves on. The manager says this is not even his food. So I said this is how I am...I want a refund. She didn't apologize she just gave me my money. This place has trash service That was the last straw. I will be writing into corporate. People don't want to work in these jobs They shouldn't work . Just quit and collect unemployment and talk on your iPhone
