“Placed a delivery order with Papa John directly on 10/2. Shortly after the order was placed, was notified it was on the way via Door Dash. There was no way the order was ready that quickly. Dasher shows up and said that she verified this was my order and "they" confirmed it was mine, they must have put the wings orders in one box. She handed it to me and left. I looked at the label on the boxes and it was NOT my order at all. Wrong address, name, phone number! I managed to get a message to the Door Dash girl (again, I did not place my order through DD) to let her know and then called the store. The manager said I have your order in my hand and I only have one driver, as soon as he gets back, I'll send it to you. Could be 10 minutes, could be 30 minutes. Additionally, I reminded her to make sure the extras I ordered and paid for were delivered as well. Hopefully the other guy got his piping hot order! Mine was cold and wasted. An HOUR later, cold cheesebread, lukewarm wings, no extra sauce we're delivered. The driver says, "I heard you got the wrong order, here." To which I replied it is all cold and useless now. Called the store AGAIN and the manager answered. Told her it was cold and I am done with them.“

When I get there to pick it up, the gentlemen at the counter had it ready and handed me the order, without any negativity, which I was honestly expecting to receive for ordering so much. Not only can you enjoy the view of the lake while you’re eating from inside or outside at their tables you can also pull up with your boat from the lake. Stop by and pick up your order or eat on their deck!! if you don’t have a boat, you can ride the Dixie before or after dinner with your family ♥️. If you have a little bit of a wait, they have a playground and beach there for the kiddos! There’s even outdoor restrooms available if needed. We love pizza King as there is an entire experience when you go there! The atmosphere is great for a date or family. Wonderful ice cream, shakes and root beer floats as well! Love north Webster!“
