There was 1 other car in the drive thru with us during dinner time. The food was warm at best. They weren't able to serve an Arby's Super and stated they don't serve that any longer. It's a roast beef with lettuce, tomato, and red sauce. So I'm guessing they didn't know what it was and told me a line. We asked for light ice, and we had at least ⅔ of our beverage ice. The managers name is lyric , store is always clean ,food is always Fresh , an if somethings not rite she will make it rite !!! Customer service is on a 1000 . Team Arby's ? all day long ...
