Came in for lunch and i ordered my tacos from the kiosk. I selected Diablo sauce for my order. They were particularly slow during this visit i was the only order and there was no one in the drive thru. I got 4 Doritos taco supremes. I received my food and they didn't put not one diablo pack in the bag. All mild and hot. Smh but they had a condiment station that had a full bin of Diablo packets. Most of my fiancé’s chicken was hard and he said he felt like it was old. And my quesadilla.. let me just put a picture. What the hell is this, why is it cut horribly. The only thing saving this place is the people were nice.
We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.
