We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.
The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because the order was fixed but the cashier guy in the window is extremely slow. He takes forever to do anything like he's careless unless he just like that. Also a cook issue I asked for a specific thing and the cashier reads me my order back and the receipt even said what I ordered and they still gave me the wrong thing. Had to talk to manager (Trenton) he was decent. He offered to fix my order also asked me if I wanted a refund...
I visited this location on a Wednesday around 3pm and the food was fresh and hot! The services was kind and friendly. It’s been years since I’ve had fresh hot and fast service at the Taco Bell.
