We have been loyal Papa Johns patrons for many years now until recently their quality is just despicable honestly.. doesn't even look editable anymore, so anyway my son wanted pizza hut and I have to say every single thing was great! It looked great, tasted amazing, and the service was awesome! I think we will now be sticking with pizza hut , I tryed to call and tell them how wonderful they are doing but I couldn't get an answer! Thanks!!!
I have been ordering the Detroit style pepperoni since I saw it on TV. Love the pizza but have gotten different versions of it numerous times. Not sure why? No one ever asked or informed me of options. Just assumed mistake and didn't question. Also being told long wait times till ready and I am very punctual. Pick up pizza and it's like warm at best. Pizza clearly done 15 minutes or more before I arrived. Disappointing

I want to start off by saying it seems like the staff at this location are doing the best they can with what they have available. That being said, it's a shame how run down this pizza hut has become. The owners and yum brands should be ashamed they let this place get like this.
