Food was prepared asordered and was good. Had to wait a few minutes at the counter to order, ordered a pizza to go. Went to the restroom while I was waiting; very nasty. With the signs I saw up in several places they are apparently very short on help.

I want to start off by saying it seems like the staff at this location are doing the best they can with what they have available. That being said, it's a shame how run down this pizza hut has become. The owners and yum brands should be ashamed they let this place get like this.

We have been loyal Papa Johns patrons for many years now until recently their quality is just despicable honestly.. doesn't even look editable anymore, so anyway my son wanted pizza hut and I have to say every single thing was great! It looked great, tasted amazing, and the service was awesome! I think we will now be sticking with pizza hut , I tryed to call and tell them how wonderful they are doing but I couldn't get an answer! Thanks!!!

Pizza Hut in Lawrenceburg IN. Food was not hot. No one would answer the phone to even explain the issue! When my order was placed at 6:00, delivery time was 25 minutes. Shortly after placing the order I received a text that my order would be delivered by 6:52. I then received another text that my order would be delivered at 7:29. Just received my order at 7:27 and the driver had to go back to get the drink that was paid for. The driver was very professional and said that he had gone to pick up the order 2 times. Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed!! It is truly disappointing that what was once the best Pizza in town (several years ago) is now probably the worst. Lesson learned....
