Coffee of Carmel Latte GREAT!

I was the 4th person in line when they opened the other day, and bought two coffees. Barely warm. (And no I didn't add cream so that didn't cool it down.)

We got hot chai latte and iced mocha. My daughter did not drink her mocha because it was too sweet. The latte was ok.

Damn good coffee.

Your quintessential ma and pa coffee shop with their own flair. They whip up creative coffee concoctions and have the best taste in coffee and style. I am in love with their decor and their attitudes and the friendly faces that are always happy to see you walk in and door. There’s a great basement area for mamas to meet up and let the littles play in a safe contained environment. That’s brilliant!! They offer a nice selection of morning sweets and they are even considerate enough to have a few gluten free options as well.

The iced latte was ok, but I've definitely had better! It's a cute coffee shop!

We Love Parks Peak! We order on the way to school, and it is ready and waiting when we show up.

Perks Peak is the perfect place to sit and chat over a nice latte or coffee.

The drinks were good, although I would have liked to see some less artificial options made with better ingredients. Workers were friendly.

Great cafe for coffee, tea, boba tea and drinks for all family members. Steve was my barista and he made me a double espresso - wonderful! Pastry options are baked in-house and served fresh (Grandma made 'em). ?The ambiance was relaxed and happy, and families can take their toddlers to a climate-controlled play area in the basement for games and safe toys. Other families can hang out on the porch or at a table for board games or conversation.I made a new friend over coffee and enjoyed this locally owned treasure. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs some positive vibes.

Parking: Gravel parking lot, lots of room for any size vehicle.

Kid-friendliness: All ages welcome, and small children have kid-friendly drink options and a safe play area that is cozy: no mosquitoes or sunburn issues in summer, warm and comfortable in winter. Note: A parent must accompany the children at all times in the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building does not have wheelchair access (one or two stairs, depending on the entrance used). The building is leased and the landlord has not provided a ramp.

Sipping on my coffee while I write this, it is smooth and delicious. We were greeted with a warm smile and friendly “Hello”. The employee described the flavor profiles of each coffee to help us decide which to choose. He accommodated a vegan milk alternative as well as sugar alternative. Here’s to yummy coffee and great service. ☕️?

We had great coffee drinks and a giant chocolate chip cookie! The couple working were very friendly and nice. After getting our drinks and snack, we took our 3 year old to the kids area set up in the basement. She had a blast and we were able to relax while watching her play! We will definitely be back ?
