we placed an online order. Only to get there and it’s not done. Both of our sandwiches are toasted and they’re just sitting on the counter. they’re taking other people’s order in the middle of making mine.. If you’re making my sub already, why stop and make somebody else else’s. And then get my order wrong and put the wrong sauce on the wrong sandwich.. Oh and not to mention our subs did not get toasted. we didn’t know until we got home and looked at everything....
Sandwich was good. The 2 gentlemen working were great. They both were having a good time talking with customers. Refreshingly didn't act put off by having customers to ruin their day.
Always a good sandwich at Subway, and this store was no exception, although they could use a drive thru window. They made our BMT just like we like it. (What did you expect?) Good service, good PPE practices at the counter and by the staff. One customer had it backwards though--she wore her mask into the store, and took it off to stand in line! Some folks just don't get it.
