Waitress was rude and didn’t get waited on.
We always have a great time at The Vault! Our favorites are the wings and steaks.
The staff is always friendly.
The waitress we had only came to the table to take our order & drop off food and even when taking our order, she couldn't stay long enough to take our drink order, then came back to get our app order, then a 3rd time to quickly take our dinner order. She refilled my husband's drink one time during her visit to take the app order and never returned to check on us again other than to deliver our food. She asked how the food looked before she had even placed my plate on the table...read full review
