This place was so awesome! We had to go through town on our way to Lafayette and the sign stood out so I looked it up when we got to our hotel. Had to stop on the way back through and grab some samples and some beer to go! Didnt have time for food this trip but it looked good!

Visited Science Project Brewing Company for the first time on 3-3-2026, and will definitely be going back.
I've never tried craft beer before, and to be honest I don't like beer, but found a few selections that were absolutely delicious! Hawaii 2.0 is my recommended first try if you aren't a beer drinker. You get samples before you commit to an order, which is great.
