this kfc is by far the best kfc in all of indiana therefore everybody there deserves a raise and a good handshake. we’ve also had the best service and received stickers! the manager jacob housley was very nice, respectful, and willing to conversate. mark sczurko is very friendly, and hard working. presley mack has a very bubbly and great personality. presley was also the one to give us stickers. ashlyn westfall is respectful and very funny. kirsten triemstra is very nice. all...read full review
I ordered lunch for my family today in the drive through (it was around 2pm). The young lady that took my order and also my money, was so pleasant!! She was probably around 18-19 years old. Very friendly, very smiley too. Great customer service!!! I haven’t had that experience with very many young people working in fast food these days. Our order was 100% right, hot and delicious too!!
The one in Lowell is good. Chicken was cooked in old grease. Fries were room temperature.
The one on 57th/Broadway could be a Goldmine if they had decent staff to get the food out the door.
