SPENT 30 DOLLARS TO GET DINNER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. ORDERED 3 CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH AND A BIG BAJA BLAST, BUT WHEN I GOT THE BAG IT WAS FULL OF 12oz CUPS. THIS SHOCKED ME TO MY CORE.

I don't know who fills these cheese cups, but you need to re-evaluate your life choices. Got 2 cheese cups with the nachos fries, both less than half filled. It's like they put a little in and shook it up to make it look full. Crazy from one of the most expensive taco bells in the area.

This taco bell has not been around this long for it to already be in the shape it is in. Typical for places now you go in and order on a kiosk,never speaking to anyone, the floors were dirty, the tables were dirty and the whole inside just seemed sad. I do not recommend going in to eat, order thru the drive thru and get your food; it is significantly quicker than going inside.

atmosphere checks out for any taco bell, the quality of food here is just messy and order's are hardly ever correct. I would check your bag upon ordering. Staff is friendly and nice. No complaints there.

Stopped by at 11 on a Friday night, and received the most fresh, hot, crispy cheesy gordita crunch and crunchy taco I've ever had. Order was ready in 3 minutes and every time I stop at a Taco Bell now I chase the taste I had here.

Every single time that I get a quesadilla, every time. It either doesnt have enough sauce, there's a tiny bit of chicken, my pieces have barley anything on them. Its literally just tortia in most places half the time. Im tired of it, i paying 8 dollars for a quesadilla and they can even make it right.

I didn't know food could taste so bad. I knew I was in trouble when the bag showed grease leaking through it. The pintos and cheese were also very dried out and tacos were thin and greasy. Hey young people working here, you have zero work ethic. Not your proudest moment.

I was giving them another chance with the y2k stuff. My wife and I love double decker tacos! They did a few really good but this last one was horrible. The girl at the window was super friendly and polite but the food was awful. My tacos had no beans or too much beans and one of the hard shells was somehow soggy like maybe they microwaved the taco to heat up the beans. Not good I won’t be back Lowell deserves better this one needs to go!

The cinnabon bites were so stale and dried out there wasn't even filling in them. I also got a crunchwrap supreme that had nothing but lettuce and tomato on the inside. The quesadillas had zero cheese on one half and on the other it was drenched in sauce and looks like it was just thrown in the bag. The lowell taco bell location has ALOT to work on. (Or atleast the night shift because this was just awful.) Do better. Literally just spent 60 dollars on what was supposed to be good food but turned out to be horrible..

We have ordered here multiple times and every time there is some form of an issue. The last time we went, we weren’t given all of our food. When we went back the next time they told us to get our food comped. They did not have the items anymore so they did not comp any of our food so we spent money and they did nothing to rectify the situation. On top of it it has been an issue multiple times and the manager has done. Nothing to fix the issue And almost seems annoyed that we called because they owe us for the products we paid for, but they did not give us.

These people are absolutely incompetent. Most times you dont even get acknowledged for 15 minutes.. im not exaggerating. Everything's wrong. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon and they put something else here
