Most of the food on the buffet wasn't hot. The steamed mushrooms and green beans were hot when I got them just as they were brought out. The peanut chicken was actually cold. Everything else was just warm. Servers were friendly and efficient.
Excellent sushi! The "hibachi bar" is okay but there are a couple types of veggies I really like in my stir-fry that they don't have (but that's just a personal preference, they do have a lot of choices).
There is a wide range of choices of hot food with Chinese and American options so the kids can have a slice of pizza while you're enjoying General Tso's chicken over fried rice.
