Went on Thanksgiving day and the place was very busy. Actually made 2 trips as the first time it was crazy busy and no room. The Thanksgiving day meal was good, service was a little slow, but every server was busting their butts, so kudos to them. The turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes were very good.

Curbside pickup - waited 15 minutes past the time specified, went in to find my order setting at the register. Cold and soggy. Took it home, after eating my cold diner, I discovered they didn't include the dessert I ordered.

Really disappointed did an online order then called to let them know I was waiting in the parking lot, was told it would be awhile?? So I waited 45 minutes then decided to go inside, I believe their may have been 2 couples in the entire restaurant at the time. When I was finally asked if they could help me I was told they were working on my food? I could hear a few women chit chatting in the kitchen area, no hostess.. I seriously do not understand short handed or not why it took 45 minutes for half sandwich and small salad?? 🤔

This particular bob Evans has the best chicken tenders, nice pieces of chicken and not too much breading. Had to ask waitress 3 times for coffee and never did get a refill.

This is the 2nd time we have stopped there was there 2 years ago and the service is still the same. The waitress was great the time it takes to get the food takes forever. It wasn't good. The sausage was hard as a rock. My breakfast sandwich was a mess. Probably won't stop back again. There were people that even walk out. Only gave 3 stars for service is because of the waitress
My server took my order but it took over 20 minutes for her to bring it out to the table. As I suspected would happen, I was presented with a cold meal that had probably been sitting in the kitchen.
In fairness to the server it appeared that she was assigned too many tables!

Called in an order. There was ONE other customer there at a table. When we got home, they didn't put ANY of our sides into our bag, cold chicken tenders and there was NO gravy was even put on the country fried steak....and stale dry biscuits.
