Service is slow every single time I have been there. Waiters and waitresses are poor at keeping your drinks refilled. Usually no one at the register when your ready to pay and leave, so you have to wait several minutes waiting for someone to come and check you out.

Was told we would have to wait ten minutes to get seated. Several empty tables in sight. Waited 10 minutes and saw two separate couples get up from their tables and walk out. The menus were still on the table. Obviously, they hadn't ordered. One wished us luck, getting service. So we left.

Food wasn’t fresh half of our order was missing.. took 20 minutes just for them to make the order that was missing so we couldn’t eat as a family. Also one of our orders of pancakes was missing chocolate chips. When you order online it doesn’t give you the option to have chocolate chips as a topping so we always put it in the comments section, usually this isn’t a problem but today it was!!? Online ordering needs to include this and whoever passes out orders needs to double check everything in the bag to be sure all the food is ready, hot, and correct so this issue doesn’t happen again.

Young ladies at host stand were busy but extremely helpful in deciding on and placing an order for a family member who just came home from the hospital. She helped me put together what would be best for a breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the next 24 hours so that my loved ones wouldn't have to worry about that for a while. Everyone was thankful and happy
It's pricey. It is however predictably good.
