Called in an order. There was ONE other customer there at a table. When we got home, they didn't put ANY of our sides into our bag, cold chicken tenders and there was NO gravy was even put on the country fried steak....and stale dry biscuits.

Waitress was really attentive. Promptly offered refills. Our order was messed up but she corrected it for us. Wait time wasn't bad and food tasted good but we ordered the $8.99 dinner plates and the chicken portions were so small. The fried chicken breast was the size of a chicken tender and the grilled chicken was about half as big as the palm of my hand. Not to mention the soft drinks are over $4 each. Food was good but disappointed in portion sizes vs. cost.

my food was absolutely disgusting the only thing good was my drink. The mac and cheese tasted sour and was NOT cheesy at all. The waiter Madison was so rude she took our plates without asking if we were done and also BEFORE we got our food she left us the receipt. They were rude from the beginning because we went to a dry table that was right next to the soaking wet table they tried to seat us at and the seats were wet as well. I don’t think that moving to a dry table right next to us was that big of a deal considering the restaurant was so empty (i now know why it is).

Food was brought to table 50min after ordering. When asked nicely how much longer the wait would be( people that came in after us were served first) the waitress got snarly and wanted to argue with me. Waitress was rude. Dropped plates on table in front of us. Grabbed plates off table before we were done with out asking.. Do yourself a favor and go to the Little Caesars next door! Food here was not worth the wait and rudeness.

Horrible experience. Came in our table and seats were wet. Waitress (Madison) was snarky from the beginning because we moved to a dry table. They took orders of people that were seated after us. Left us our receipt before we had our food. Waited a hour for our food after the people who came in after us already had theirs. When we finally got our food she slammed my plate infront of my face and said “oops”. The Mac and cheese tasted sour and the blt had no mayo and the toast was burnt.

Ordered online and picked up myself. I got the fried chicken meal with mashed potatoes and green beans plus biscuits. The chicken was small and hard. It was difficult to chew because of the fat and gristle in the tiny piece of chicken. The green beans were great the potatoes were fine. I wanted biscuits with butter and jelly. My jelly was soured and I already had it on my biscuits so I had throw them away. I’ve eaten Bob Evans many times and this carry out food was just a total waste of hard earned money.

Interesting experience. Walked in they had no internet so only cash. Understandable things happen. The cashier just had us standing up at the hostess stand. I said can't you at least seat people? Get to the table and this was the experience. No coffee except decaf. No lemonade, no banana bread, no silverware had to ask. Asked for senior discount which website clearly states you offer, she gave us some excuse that it's only for certain meals and we did not get the discount. It was a true mess there.
The waitress was amazing she was very prompt we didn't even have to ask for refills

Waiter he was super friendly and attentive- my sons chicken came out burnt the waiter said he tried to tell the cook it was burnt how ever they failed to listen to him and made the suggestion I complain which I did not my son said he would take the burnt off and eat it, the rolls was cold in the middle there was 2 other tables in the restaurant other than mine total of 5 customers it took us 45 minutes to get our food the floors was very dirty they appeared to not have been swept all day the windows are very dirty inside and out. Pricing was great.
