Excellent service! Excellent food and drink( Best Lemon drop Martini anywhere). We love sitting at the bar to enjoy our dinner!
Service was great. Restaurant was very clean. Food was delicious!! Could be possibley the best steak I ever had! Fettuccine Alfredo was as close to perfect as possible. I took my daughter there for her 15th birthday, the chef came out and let me take a picture of him & my daughter. We both had a great time. Can't wait to take my wife!
Gave them the benefits of 3 tries before reviewing. Low quality beef, sides that are nothing to brag about. I won’t eat here again, even if the price was lowered. Definitely not upscale food.
We made our first trip to Crystal and Jules last night. We didn’t have reservations but they seated us at the bar. I can’t even begin to tell you just how good our food was! Just amazing. My wife had stuffed chicken breast and I had the New York strip. We both savored every bite. We finished up with dessert that was also out of this world. The service was great and Andy made it a point to talk to each customer. Great way to celebrate our 27th anniversary that actually took place in November. We’re a little slow to celebrate but well worth the wait.
The entire experience of a very delicious meal, the ambiance and the excellent attention and efficiency of our server, Courtney. Also, I appreciated the acknowledgment of the owner/chef. It was a nice evening of repast and conversation.
Jeff Ruby’s was always my very favorite place to eat, but Crystal and Jules are #1 in my opinion now....love that restaurant and Andy, the chef and owner, always makes sure you are pleased. Try it...you will love it!
Hand made pasta was awesome. Great food and services were excellent!
Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere. Everything from the caesar salad to the best mashed potatoes to the perfectly seasoned steak and delicious creme brulee. The servers are super attentive and make for a fine dining experience right at home in small town Madison, IN.
Chef Andy makes delicious food! The hand made pasta is, of course, delicious. The portion sizes on everything are very filling. Even the cheesecake is a huge slice. And I highly recommend the made in house raspberry topping! The staff was very friendly and handily accommodated our company party of 20 people. My husband and I have always enjoyed date night here, but this visit we were thankful for the high chairs, showing that even kids are welcome at this fine dining restaurant. And again - you need to get the raspberry topping!
Surprisingly wide selection of menu items despite the relatively small size of this restaurant. Definitely call ahead for reservations even on a weekday.

If you find yourself in Madison IN, this is a must stop for dinner. It is worth the hype. Make reservations.
Exceptional food and outstanding service in Madison Indiana. We love this restaurant and eat there every time we are in town. Compared to some of the best restaurants in larger cities but has reasonable prices you don't find in the big cities.
Great food. Service was excellent. Felt right at home.
Exceptional food and service, nothing else like it in the Madison area. Attentive staff and classic atmosphere makes this restaurant perfect for any occasion. Must try the Panko Portabello for starters, it is to die for.
Great food and great service
