Went to the drive thru where the girl tried to hand me a soda that was actively leaking in her hand, I said it's that leaking? She said yeah, I don't know why, and proceeded to still try to hands it to me. I asked if I could have another because I didn't want it all over my car. She got rude and closed the window, when she came back and did not speak one more word, shoved the food at me and closed the window again. I pay good money for food and I work in customer service. Even an apology would have been nice, I'm sorry that I put her out by expecting her to do her job. Just the basic expectation is all I need.

Order a 16 pc family meal online and ended up with 1 breast and a bunch of wings, thighs and legs. And the biscuits we smashed into the box in peices. As much as I paid for this I should get what I am supposed to get. I will not be ordering from here again.

Food is good but service is a mess and hospitality is basically nonexistent. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out the right order after receiving the wrong order and watching the car behind us also receive the wrong order.

Took an hour to get an order that we made online, and when finally got the food, the chicken was extremely greasy and unseasoned, basically tasteless and the potatoes and gravy tasted watered down

Slow, extremely slow. Chicken is dried out, and to tough. If you want sauce for your chicken, just forget about it. They. Can't keep simple sauces in stock. They lie about how long it takes to fix your order. They say 8 minutes it's been 20 and im still waiting. I asked for hot sauce they don't have it. The food is always tough and is drier than a desert. I would not come here if I was you. I will never be back to the madison indiana kfc
Sorry, i didn't catch the fellas name I shall refer to him as ponytail hair net. Ponytail hair net was working alone during lunch rush. He made no excuses he was just holding the placve down working front counter drive thru and cooking. Ponytail hair net you rock!

So LOVE taste of KFC 11herb mix original legs. Tues 8pc for $10 great value if it's edible. Will say Madison store hot & fresh & usually yummy but today TASTELESS! They say nothing has changed but it doesn't look like what I usually get.....maybe the dog will eat it cuz humans won't.

The new KFC's in indoor outdoor place you can go to with your kids family loved ones it's a good place to eat and have good chicken it's pretty fast convenient and good employees
