Mad Paddle is a great spot for hanging out and trying new things. If you are Madison this should definitely be on your list!
Every time I’ve been there the food & drinks have been amazing. The live music, great owners & employees make it a GREAT night out!!
Fantastic night and great music venue. Must stop venue in Madison!!!
Beautiful venue with impeccable customer service & the best entertainment!! First class!! Can’t wait to return..
We stopped at this location while visiting from out of town on Friday, September 15th. The sign on the door said they opened at 4:30 PM. We made a trip back around 5:30 and the place was still closed. Locals informed us the business is for sale and is never open. If this is true, Mad Paddle needs to update their door signage and Google information so people are forewarned not to waste their time.
Place is never open. Nicest time of the year and can’t even get a beer.closed again .. now it’s for sale
Atmosphere, cool vibe and great entertainment. Blood orange bee is the bomb! The owners are pretty cool too!
Love the place but I believe this is now out of business.
Pay a cover charge to see the owner sing karaoke. Have to serve your own overpriced beer. You have to get food from somewhere else. The menu is just a story about the owner. I'm surprised there isn't a meter on the restroom. Also the smoked peach is the worse beer I've ever tasted if beer can go bad this beer has.
One of the BEST brew pubs I have been to. The owner makes this place inviting, fun, and you want to stay all night! The entertainment is "top shelf'! Their beers are fantastic. This is a destination stop for us whenever we go to Madison! Check it out!!!! Highly recommend.

I like the vibe and the setting. The pay by the ounce thing is really good. Love you to try a lot. I did not like the kids policy. they have to be on the patio. As an Indiana resident this is the first time I've seen this type of requirement.
My wife and I had a wonderful time, the staff was all so polite and helpful. The owner Jerry Wade gave us a tour and just seemed like an old friend. The Blood orange ale was one of the best ale's we have ever had. 5 star all the way, and thank you all for a wonderful experience.
Such a fun stop on our girls trip to Madison! We loved the self serve beer wall! Enjoyed Bello's pizza that we had delivered to Mad Paddle and had a lot of fun catching up!
Friendly staff, great atmosphere and wonderful libations. Natalie I’d the best! I would recommend to all of my beer drinking friends.
Friendly staff , beautiful venue, and some really good Cream Ale and Blood Orange Beer! Also has a nice patio and a large event room.
