What a great way to do the Brew sharing! You get to taste all the different kinds of beer you want for pennies on the dollar by swiping your beer card as you fill up your glass by the ounce. We really enjoyed the experience and had great food to boot. Their burgers were so tasty. We would definitely come back. Normally there is a live band on the weekend, but on this Friday, it was karaoke. We will come back on live band night in future.

Went here for dinner on trivia night. The service and atmosphere is very good but the food (a salad) left much to be desired. My mother didn't care too much for her Caesar salad either, and my father thought the hamburger sliders were average (The homemade side of potato chips were good). Beer selection is expensive ($8.90 for a pint of lager) but very good, and the trivia was fun. Service was excellent.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to check out Mad Paddle. When we arrived, we sat down and then were told we had to order at the bar, so we went to the bar to order drinks. We were told we had to go to the other side(room next door) to get beer. We head over there and the hostess gets up set up for their self serve taps. By getting set up, you have to give them a card to “start a tab” and then they give you another card to use to get the taps to pour and then you go back to the hostess to pay when you’re done. Anyways, we stayed for a couple beers, paid and then left but decided to come back later for the music. We came back and got set up again and had another beer. While we were drinking our beer, we got two charges one right after the other for $50 both times. Our first visit was under $20 and the second visit just a couple hours later was under $15. We decided to talk to management and see what was going on. Apparently they hold $50 on your card at the time of starting a tab and once you pay and the hostess “closes” your tab the total changes. They said it can take a couple days for the totals to correct themselves. So far the next day they refunded one $50 charge and corrected it for the right charge(the total from our second visit) but we still have a $50 charge pending from them. I’ve never heard of a restaurant or that type of business doing something like that. And if they do, they should let you know ahead of time. The people were nice enough but what if you didn’t plan on drinking a lot and only having one beer and didn’t have more $50 on your debit card? We were just really disappointed in that whole thing and now we have to worry about getting our $50 refunded and being charged the correct amount
