Brittany makes Mad Paddle unforgettable. Warm, funny, and attentive, she elevates every visit. The staff and owners are great, but Brittany’s energy, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care keep us coming back.

Great brewery in downtown Madison. They have a large space for any party size, self pour taps with a good selection, and their own beer/bourbon.

This place is awesome! Everyone is like family. Love the big open room & the back bar. The owners are great and Britney with the dark hair is the ‘best’ server!!! She is the ultimate server! Oh & Rick & George had a really great time. Thank for entertaining them.

No one would wait on us, acknowledge us, or even begin to care if we were there. We waited 30min and left.

Mad Paddle Brewstillery hosted a welcome dinner/rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding this last weekend. Tori and her team went above and beyond for us and set up an amazing and beautiful spread of appetizers. All of the menu items our guests ordered were fantastic. From the smoky wings to the juicy wellington burger.
They did a great job keeping the drinks flowing. I enjoyed the large selection of mad paddle brewstillary beer and mad paddle slushes. The atmosphere was fun and family friendly. We received so many compliments.
We enjoyed it so much we went back for brunch on Sunday and had another great experience and yummy biscuits and gravy. Thank you Mad Paddle
Highly recommended for any event you’re hosting or for a simple family brunch.

My husband and I had such a great experience coming here both nights on our weekend Madison trip. The bartender with long blonde hair (I don’t know her name! :( ) was so kind and friendly. She went out of her way to get us an off menu item and made me mocktails because I’m pregnant, which made me feel included. You might wait a bit for service because it’s busy but it’s worth it!

Great service, delicious food, and a variety of drink options! We held a wedding rehearsal dinner party for 50 guests and Tori and her team took such wonderful care for us. There were a lot of drink orders to manage with that many people. The team stayed so patient and attentive, it really made our night. The private room upstairs had fun games and a karaoke machine that we definitely took advantage of. They also made this gorgeous charcuterie table for the party and it was a hit with the guests. The pretzel bites and beer cheese were a hit! Thanks for having us Mad Paddle!

I've never tried so hard to get a beer. We tried to stop here twice in 2 days and could not get service.

$10 pour of ESB. Yep. That’s ridiculous. Add in a very limited menu and dirty tables? Mmmm

Visiting from Wisconsin. Wanted to try their craft beers and liquors. They wouldn't let us in the taproom because a wedding was on the premises. The bartender in the back was only serving bottle domestic beers, and treated us so rudely. Come to Wisconsin-we are always open, welcoming, and kind, and no one ever gets treated the way we were.
