I wanted to give my firsthand experience with Madison Kitchen. We were greeted by the friendly young person working the counter with enthusiasm and genuine caring. We talked through our options for the lunch deal and they helped us greatly with our bakery item decision (it was the pepperoni rolls). We decided on grilled cheese with multigrain bread made in house (no tree nuts) with the ham and bean soup as well as the BBQ chicken sandwich. We enjoyed the company of the owner, very friendly and inviting. You can tell this is her passion and pride. There is a lovely pay it forward board as well as day old bakery items at a discount.I see this establishment as a staple in the community and we will be going for years to come. Thank you for being you, both staff and proprietor.Dietary restrictions: The owner is very conscious about what allergens someone may have, and example is the reduction or exclusion of tree nuts.Kid-friendliness: They had several games available as well as a crafting area for children.

Visited here over the weekend for the first time and am looking forward to returning and trying more items from their menu and bakery. While the menu is limited, there was something available to meet the tastes of everyone in our group and the prices are extremely reasonable. I also purchased a loaf of bread from their fantastic bakery and was not disappointed. Theresa, one of the co-owners, was the person who helped me at the register and she was extremely helpful and thoughtful in explaining their menu and mission. I encourage everyone to visit and give it a try.

We were visiting from Cincinnati. Yummy and very fairly priced breakfast meal. Breakfast sandwich on cheddar biscuit was excellent. Owner was happy to share her recommendations of places to visit in town when we asked. So glad we visited during the weekend she was celebrating her 6 month anniversary and honoring her late father.

Excellent food and environment! Madison was definitely in need of a good breakfast option, especially on Sundays. Highly recommend!

Decent pricing and wonderful atmosphere. They have a kids area!Ordered the breakfast sandwich as a "quick" to go. Was not very quick and it didn't seem that busy. Came with a side of salsa, which really just tasted like some tomatoes, onions, and a little cilantro- nothing special. The cheddar biscuit was OK, but the sandwich itself was not very big. Held me over for the morning, but would probably choose somewhere else next time.

My husband and I were so happy with the food! I have trouble finding dairy free breakfast options, but they had 2 out 5 options. He got biscuits & gravy and said it was very filling without being heavy. I got the sweet potato hash and finished it at a pretty horrifying speed. One of the best breakfast dishes ever! Next time I'll try the oat bake, but I had to have chorizo this time. Will definitely be back.

Madison is so fortunate to have this scratch kitchen! Delicious, homemade, baked goods! Love the breakfast options, the pancake is my favorite with homemade peanut butter! The seasonal options are always a treat and the variety is exceptional! Keep it up!

I was in the restaurant recently eating breakfast when I found a long blackish/brown hair in my biscuits and gravy. When I brought it to the persons attention in the greenish shirt, she said her name was Shelby and said it was probably her hair. She proceeded to pull it out and told me not to worry about it that it happens all the time. She said she is hired to mainly do pest control calls and events but helps out the owners son or something. She then tried to offer me to come see her at an event for jewelry she sells. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend this place of business to my friends, family, or employment for catering events. I will say the place was warm, inviting, and cute. I will try your place in the far future to see if it has changed because I support small businesses. Thank you and God bless you and your business, Theresa.
