They don't wait on tables where anymore but the manager was great and helped to accommodate me and 4 children while we were eating inside anyway. Very helpful. The pizza itself has changed since the last time I ate there and it seemed cheap and unappealing. The store was clean and tidy rhough.

It was ok. A shadow of its former glory. Back a few years ago on Friday and Saturday they would be packed. We wanted to get a few personal pan pizza, but it is no longer on the menu, too bad. The personal pan pizzas were great.

The good thing is that they have a salad bar which you can hardly find anymore. Even though it is kind of smallish, the choices are fresh. If you add a few breadsticks from the lunch bar, it makes a good lunch.

Only reason this location gets a bad review is because I've never actually gotten to eat here. I enjoy eating inside this place especially since it's out of the way from where I live but everytime we try to go to this location the dine in is never available and they only allow you to order at the counter.

Total dump. Two people working on a Friday night!! No wait staff. You must order your food at the counter now, and the place is a mess. Run down, black mold around the ceiling vents, and carpet and furniture is worn down BADLY. Put some money into this dump or close it. Geez.

I love Pizza Hut never have I had a bad experience until today at Madison Pizza Hut on Clifty drive. We order the big dinner box. With 2 pizzas and meat pasta and breadsticks. We got carry out when we arrived it took them 15 minutes to say anything to us completely ignored us we even tried to get there attention. The pasta was burnt had no lid on it. Bread sticks were burnt. I’ve never ever seen such a bad atmosphere in workplace. I work in food industry and that’s just ridiculous Madison Pizza Hut do better.

Pizza needed more sauce. Booths and tables needed upgraded. Not sure why someone was sleeping in one of the booths. We were the only ones in restaurant which was weird for a Pizza Hut. Our waitress was on her second day. Our bread sticks came out with the pizza instead of before. It was ok.
A few weeks back we went to this store to eat lunch at work like usual. When we arrived, they locked the door as we got out of the truck. We pulled around to the window and asked how we are supposed to order and stated that we were inside dining room hours. The employee was condescending to say the least and repeatedly kept pointing at a phone number on a paper taped to the window instead of taking our order. We reported this to corporate. A few days later we went back and walked in and ordered for dine in and searched the dining room and there was no parm cheeze, or crushed red pepper anywhere. We asked for some and we're told we had to purchase it. We reported this to corporate. A few days later, we had the same issue. However the District manager was there and we told him all about how everytime we come there we are treated poorly, the dining room is closed, and the toppings are missing from the tables and we're forced to purchase them separately. He assured us it would be dealt with. We go in for lunch today and the same thing. No toppings and we're being told to pay extra for them. I asked them if we really had to report it again or could we just get some cheese and crushed red pepper. The manager then states that she they (the employees don't feel safe) the proceeds to call the police. We get up from our table and decide to just eat in the parking lot with no toppings. As we open our boxes, the Madison police pull up and trespass us from the property. By the time we got to eat our pizza it was cold and tasted bad. Absolute worst restaurant I've ever seen. Do not go here!

We have reported this restaurant to corporate eight seperate times and speaking to the district manager personally and being assured that this would be taken care of.. After again having the same problem of the dining room being closed and the cheese and crushed red pepper being picked up and not available we were told we had to buy it yet again. So we decided to call corporate while still sitting in the restaurant. this was retaliated against by calling the police and having us trespassed during our lunch break. We eat at this pizza at 3 to 4 times a week. I would advise against ever stepping foot in this restaurant. #BoycottPizzaHut

Really happy they have the buffet!Their salad bar needs work though.Cauliflower should be cut in smaller pieces. ( Broccoli and carrots too) If I wanted to cut it myself I'd just make it at home.Mixed greens instead, or besides iceberg lettuce.The pizza and bread sticks were great!Really happy to see the warm pot of extra sauce.A Senior discount would be nice. We don't eat enough to justify the price.Please continue, I look forward to next time.
Ordered pizza and a liter of Pepsi. Received the pizza which was good as usual. Unfortunately, no Pepsi. Couldn't deal with it that evening but called back the next day to ask to have it delivered. Nope! We use Door Dash and they don't deliver free items. Excuse me? I paid for it so it isn't free. We can have a regular driver deliver it this evening but you'll have to call back because we're just to busy to deal with this right now. I told the manager I would not be calling back and I'm sure she can simply write it down. Did the delivery happen? Nope! They stole from me.
