Came on tues 7/29, we were the only customers in line. They got my food wrong, ok that’s fine mistakes happen sometimes, asked for a remake, and got the same wrong food again… walked to the window in hopes to talk to somebody to get it fixed and employee at the window pretty much gave me the evil eye and acted like I was her biggest inconvenience (even though she’s the one that’s apparently so dumb she can’t even get an order right after 3 tries???) they wouldn’t fix my food, only gave me a side of ranch and bacon for my fries. Bad enough of an experience that we’d rather go to Florence rally’s than this place where nobody seems to know what they’re doing.
I’m sorry, I’m not trying to be rude but horrible experience. When I got to the drive through, every single worker was sitting outside smoking and then went inside and did not wash their hands; they did put on gloves so that’s something I guess. My burger was supposed to have no pickles but they put them anyways. the burger was very sloppy made. the lettuce on my burger was brown and mushy, i had to throw the burger away after tasting the lettuce; it tasted old. the mozzarella sticks and fries tasted just like funnel fries so it’s clear they did not change the grease. overall bad experience :(
