Ordered online they waited 5 min before pick up to cancel our order. And were closed at 9pm. When they were supposed to be open til 10 pm

They mark online orders as ready for pickup yet don't start making your order until you arrive. And when I arrive someone is always parked in the curbside spot that isn't getting curbside. Why offer curbside when after waiting 10 minutes I still have to go in and be told my order hasn't even been made yet and then wait another 10 minutes for my order. I thought the point of ordering online was to skip the line. So tonight I went to order for curbside just to give them another chance. They canceled my order and stole my money! This store is the worst!

Very clean
We have had great experience with our visits here until now.We ordered 3 different sandwiches, 2 were good. The tuna 1 though was bad,they tried to cover it up by slathering my sandwich in mustard and mayo( ugh).I had taken 2 bits realizing that the tuna tasted off.I decided to take it back to let them know (not expecting anything). By the time I was there letting them know that the tuna was going bad I was about to throw up. I ran outside so as to not throw up on the floor. When I came back I apologized for throwing up and again repeated the tuna was bad.I was told that it was my fault for getting sick because of the mustard and mayo, as well as that no one else complained. I was offered a different sandwich which I declined as to now feeling sick from the tuna. The manager was not nice or sympathetic or willing to accept that the tuna had gone bad.We will not go back because of the managers treatment of the situation.

The food is usually always good. Had issues a few times and so I reached out. The man got a hold of me and said he'd like to give me a refund and send me a gift card with more than what I paid. He did not end up giving me a refund. He did send me the gift card but when I went to use it, the card had a zero dollar balance on it. Very unfortunate. I would have settled for a fixed sandwich but ended up getting cheated in the end. My family loves Subway but we will be going to the Hanover location from now on.

Awful service. The employees are rude. VERY rude! When we order 2 different sandwiches, and I said a specific cheese for one of them, and he decided to start putting it on both, we stopped him. He got very upset and became rude. Also, he got rude when we’d ask him to repeat himself when we couldn’t understand him. Then the two employees stood there talking crap about us in a different language, thinking we’d not understand. I will never go there again just solely based on the service. The employees standing there rolling their eyes and giving dirty looks is just unacceptable- and it all started with the man just not wanting to put cheese back and get a different kind for a different sandwich!

The older lady at this location was very rude and disrespectful. We had multiple people from our company come in and give this subway money, and there was no appreciation. The old lady expected everyone to know exactly what they wanted at the moment they stepped up. It was absolutely unacceptable service.

This is my favorite fast food place if you will. I am always greeted with a smile, and friendly conversation. My food is always exactly how I like it! The manager is pretty funny, he always jokes with me while I'm ordering!

Shay had this look on her face the entire time like she was mad and would not say a single kind word to me the entire process, further more when i asked for it toasted she groaned and rolled her eyes at me!

Owner was rude to his employees . And he did not wear gloves
I would recommend the one in Hanover.I attempted to get a sandwich. Owner was standing over employees watching them do their job but the toppings were just piled in the middle of the sandwich. Not spread out. So the sandwich wouldn’t close and the sauce ended up on the paper it was folded in. When I mentioned that it didn’t even look eatable the girl who made the sandwich laughed and the guy ringing me up offered me a fork. It really gave me anxiety to think I was paying for that so I told them I couldn’t take it. The owner didn’t bother to think anything of it until I was refusing to take the food.As far as the atmosphere the employees looked and moved as if they were miserable and the owner was busy on his phone or watching over their shoulders. Idk what good watching them did because they were still putting our bad quality food.
