If you want your food to be correct 90% of the time I would not recommend going to Madison Taco Bell. I had recently gone in the morning and ordered a steak breakfast crunch wrap. Instead they gave me a bacon one with steak on the receipt.
Normally I'm not the type of person to leave a review, but as I mentioned above, this is not a once in a blue moon occurrence and it has become almost an everytime occurrence with this location.
I contacted a manager and was informed that if I came in I could get a replacement just as long as I asked for her when making the order. Three days after the incident I came into the lobby asking about the food where I was informed by staff that I would not be able to get a replacement because it was only available 48 hours after they messed the food up. I was not told this by the manager over the phone and essentially payed for food that I did not want.

The food was fine, the drink machine was basically empty of sodas. We informed the employees and it took someone forever to change them. Especially when there was employees standing around and we were the only customers in the building.

I have personally worked here, as have three of my family members. They don’t let the employees take breaks. This includes bathroom breaks. The overworked employees get screamed at by management (personally witnessed this with my own eyes) for the smallest of things. Looking mostly at you, Kyle.
This is why you always see new faces every single time you go in. It’s an extremely toxic and abusive environment that preys on people needing to make any money they can. Quitting becomes less stressful than continuing to deal with the abuse and illegal labor practices that regularly take place there.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru behind four cars, they turned the menu off infront of us and didn’t say a word. Line took forever but wonder why? Three workers are to busy smoking outside and passing stuff around! It took them ten minutes to one bag of food for one truck, never had such a horrible experience.

I just went thru the drive thru and its a joke waiting over 20 minutes and still didn't get my food everyone either drove away or backed out of the drive thru I'll never go there again and they certainly are not classified as fast food!
Sat in line for 40mins. The they got our order wrong then the meat in the tacos was ice cold like straight out of the refrigerator! Horrible

I got a spicy potato soft taco and it was delicious! Sometimes it can take a little while to get through the drive-thru but the food is always made fresh
