People are known to make mistakes. It's how we come back from that mistakes is what mAkes it worth It. They forgot to put cinnamon on the center of a sticks and they took them back no problem no questions to ask fix them and I was back out of there in less than a minute

I just got Taco Bell for my bf and I and that shit was SO good. Legit god sent like it had me crying happy tears. Dakota, Zayde, Miguel, and John are some of the best workers I have ever met- Give them raises. I got stackers and they were so good I was down on my knees bowing to them. My loaded nachos were very nicely loaded these people deserve some kind of reward for their hard work and dedication to making delicious food. They were busy yet I got my food hot and they were the nicest people in the world!!!!!!!!!!

Our family of 10 ordered dinner at 8 PM tonight. Our order was missing several items. We had to go back to get the items we paid for that worker failed to complete my takeout order. Taco Bell employees were rude about their mistake. We spent $ 70.00. Please Re-train Madison, Indiana employees their job and Hospitality with friendly customer service or We will not return to this Taco Bell, we will choose another restaurant to eat dinner for our family.
The food has went down hill, but so has every other fast food place. The service is the best ur likely to get out of school kids. They mess our order up pretty often. But... I'll still go back soon I'm sure!
This place has gone down the toilet. Was there last night and the floor had more food on it than the line did. The people working were clearly on drugs(meth from the looks of it) place was filthy.

During the snow storm, Taco Bell was actually open. We waited for 90 min in the drive thru line with no way to get out and only 5 cars in front of us. As you can imagine the frustration but assumed they had 2 workers. When we pulled up to the window we were absolutely amazed to see 3 people with headphones standing not doing anything. If it is taking 20 minutes per car, there is no way that anyone is overwhelmed with orders. Why are both drive thru and lobby open, we were at the window to see 4 orders to be delivered to lobby customers and thats only what we seen while we were waitingat the window. While I'm glad they received their orders, why would you keep both drive thru and lobby open if you can't keep up. Once we made it to window we waited an additional 20 min. Is it worth being open to make so many customers unhappy?
