If you have a carryout order, double check and triple check your order before you walk away. Too many times I’ve ordered here and food items that I paid for were missing. I’ve lost all confidence in these people.

Perhaps it was a bad night but OMG. We arrived at 6:15pm and were seated. At 6:40 we had to flag a hostess down to take our drink order. She returned with our drinks and took our order at 6:48. Our food arrived 40mins later at 7:28. The grilled chicken with shrimp had all of 2, two, shrimp. We asked have a few more to match the 6 shown on the menu picture These were brought out after about 10 mins and shortly after we got the bill… showing a charge for 6 additional shrimp! After all of this we asked to speak to the manager, after 10 mins of waiting she explained that they had an “event” this evening and didn’t have enough staff(why didn’t they schedule more staff for a planned event 🤷♂️ Easily one of our top 3 worst dining experiences ever.

Waited 30 minutes for car side...only to have a huge chunk missing from my sirloin.

This location always disappoints. I always give it another chance however our food had hair in it this is now the second time and I understand mistakes happen but I can’t help but to loose my appetite when I find hair in my food.
Parking: Plenty of parking. The parking lot has massive pot holes.
First off I feel I should share that it is Vetrans Day and they are busy, our waitress was great but.... we came in got seated in a decent time got our drinks and ordered our food all in a matter of give or take 10-15min. We sat and watches 4 couple who sat down after us eat and leave before we even got our food. By this time it has been close to an hour. We finally get our food and mine was cold so I sent it back. My husband and son both ate theirs as I was still waiting on mine we asked to talk to the manager. Applebee's please do better on picking who you have in charge of your establishment she was RUDE!! She had attitude we told her our problem then went to another employee behind us and we could here her loudly complaining to them about us. Yes, we were unhappy we waited patiently for over an hour to get our food for me not to even eat it there and take it home so my family didn't have to wait on me. Maybe next time instead of complaining about us talk to your staff find out where or what the disconnect was and fix the issue so the next patron does not have the same experience we did!

Tom is an excellent manager, friendly atmosphere, always keeping the flow making sure everyone has what they need to perform they're job well. You can tell he cares about his employees.
