Ashley's Ice Cream Cafe

I love going here for ice cream. However, tonight must have been a bad night for them. All the employees behind the counter, walked out from behind the counter and went to the back leaving the front unattended for at least 5 minutes. When I went to use the restroom, there was trash stacked in the corner and no paper towel. With 3 employees working, they could have gotten trash cleaned up and paper towel restocked. I worked food service for years and we always had to make sure that those things were done. The girls working were just sitting behind the counter chatting. Overall, I love this place and plan to come back but definitely see room for improvement with staffing.

A bit pricey but tasty and worth the trip.

Walked in the door and got hit in the face with a strong mold smell. It was so bad that I walked right back out. This can't be healthy eating in this establishment. Healthy depth needs called asap.

Visiting from out of state. Attendendant at counter was happy to suggest her favorite ice creams. Several good flavors. Also had the butterscotch shake. Also very good. I custom ordered a sundae, she made it with no complaints, and had a suggestion for the best way to eat it. Any business where employees love their work is a good business

Really good ice cream! I prefer the mikeshakes! They have great signature ice cream combinations, they have games you can play, it's a great environment. I do wish they also sold fresh smoothies

What an absolutely cute shop!! The serving sizes were excellent especially for the price. It was clean and welcoming, friendly staff. Loved the kid friendly area that my daughter had fun organizing since it was getting late lol. My daughters only feedback, "I wish they had battleship." We will definitely be back!

Blueberry cheesecake milkshake is the best ever! We enjoyed everything we ordered. Brown Sugar Cinnamon ice cream was a new flavor for me and super yummy! We will definitely be back! The owner is super sweet and we enjoyed chatting with her! 🥰

Tried the new location. Staff was very friendly and I asked lots of questions. I love that there's a large space if a large group of us want to come in. It's also nice they have so many puzzles open on the tables for a nice activity to go do during winter. They have a small area for kids with Legos and trains. Went with my 2 kids and was able to just sit for a couple hours and get some work done.

Beautiful place, great for a pleasant afternoon. The tables have puzzles for you to play, a small play area for smaller kids, games and puzzles for sale and good coffee also.

I wanted to thank the young ladies working on Thursday evening. We came around 5 minutes till 7. I didn't realize that they closed at 7. We (5 of us) ordered ice cream. They were very patient as we ordered. While we sat and ate our ice cream I asked her what time they closed, she said they were closed. I apologized for keeping her late, she said it was okay. My grandchildren love coming to visit the shop and play with the toys. We love Ashley's ❤️

I’m a simple coffee guy, and I’m pumped the new owners are making coffee a selling point along with the great ice cream. Great place, great people!
