Kieth at the bar was great !!!
los amores is one of those places that makes you glad to have local businesses in our community. the food is consistently excellent, the birria tacos are some of the best around, and the staff always makes you feel welcome.
what stands out even more is how much they genuinely care about the people in grant county. they don't just serve great food, they invest in the community and treat people with kindness and generosity.

The dining experience was very enjoyable. Surprisingly they had a live band that wasn't too loud where we were seated it was very enjoyable. The food the service were all amazing. Renee and Gigi went out of their way to take care of us. They were seriously beings slammed for business that night. And those 2 girls were hustling. The rice was so moist and so flavorful. Los Amores Restaurant & Cantina offers authentic Mexican food with a neat atmosphere and very clean kitchen. The menu has tons of choices, including excellent carnitas, choripollo, veggie fajitas, enchiladas, and tacos, all with great portion size and fresh chips and salsa. Many dishes can be made celiac safe/gluten free. The food looks really good at about the same price as any restaurant. The owners and staff are wonderful people who accommodate any way they can. The venue is nice for a grab and go lunch or a romantic date night, with a cantina for cocktails and a small bar that hosts a poem club in the summer. This hidden gem supports the downtown area and is a consistent favorite for the best Mexican food.
