Ordered online and it said my order would be ready in 20 minutes BUT that was not the case. I showed up at 30minutes and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order. I had to flag a server down to let them know I was waiting on my takeout order. This place sadly shouldn’t be opened if they don’t have the staff to run this business. It was a waste of my time, money, and I won’t ever return.

It took a little while to be seated, but the waiter more than made up for it. He was fast, courteous and our drinks never ran out. Compliments to the wait staff here!

They will not sell hamburger patties without selling fries and combo. I've been to dozens of b-dubs and this is the only one that won't do this. No wonder their rating is so poor.

Looks like a new place. But understaffed. Save your money and go to the McDonald’s. This place isn’t busy enough to have a good atmosphere.

They have a tendency to give you 1 ranch for 20 wings with your to-go orders but other than that... the place is pretty good. Edit: Wife just ordered to go again... 40 wings...2 ranches. Her wings and mine had a 'divider' in between... our wings mixed and she hates mine. There are constant mess ups there. We're just gonna stop going or visit another out of town.

The manager and the employee that answered the phone was rude. I was missing my ranch and celery with my wings. Missing my southwestern ranch with cheese curds and my extra ranch I added on. I called the employee said ok well it should be in the bag it’s not here the manager gets on the phone and argues with me about the amount of ranch house have. Then says it’s free so I’m not sure what the problem is you can come get it. I say yes but I yes but it’s 30 min away and my wings will be cold. Then says ok I’m not sure what celery and ranch have to do with your wings being cold umm seriously. The whole hour it will be before I get back home with my ranch. Will never be ordering or going here ever again. Rude staff horrible customer service.

Large crowd morning of Inauguration. Manager turned TV to other channels. Said it was company policy. Nothing but sports on TV. Their corporate office was called. No such rule according to corporate. Retired high school football coach. Id urge everyone not to patronize this woke business. Time to learn about being woke and going broke. Never eat there again.

There were so many tvs I couldn’t focus on one thing they were playing completely different things. I loved when the tablets would be given out if u wanna play trivia but don’t know if that’s still a thing

Only 4 tables of customers, 2 servers. Waited 15 minutes at table no server. Went to bar to order to go food. Bar had sticky blue syrup spilled. Bartender took order by memory went to kitchen and came out to sit at a table and chat with another employee. I interrupted and ask to pay for my order. When I got the oder it was the wrong order and it was cold. I am not one to complain but this was ridiculous. I managed restaurants and as a manager would not have tolerated this behavior. The manager is not training employees also is not over seeing them.

Absolutely terrible. 6 of there so called boneless wings are so small they are probably less than 3 regular wings. I hate to leave a bad review but their portions are a joke.

Took my family to dine there this evening I have to say I was very disappointed there was only a total of 6 tables being used in the entire restaurant so not busy at all, we was waited on pretty timely getting our drinks and appetizer that was great then she came back and took our order there was 5 of us and a baby, when our food was served everyone's came out but mine i thought maybe it was coming on another tray. I was wrong our waitress forgot to put in the slip with my food wrote on it so instead of being able to eat with my family like I had planned, I got my food after my family was done eating and then it wasn't even done how I ordered it! This is the 2nd time recently that we have had a bad experience at this location the last time it took 30 min before our waitress acknowledged us to even take our drink order i understand everyone is short staffed but this wasn't the cause. They took my meal off my check and I do appreciate that but it still didn't excuse the fact that I didn't get to enjoy dinner with my family.We won't be back to this location
