I ordered one cheeseburger, once I got to the window I saw fries on the floor, paper on the floor, and I'm not exaggerating, 7 people standing around talking and laughing and just having a good damn time. I won't be back to this place, and I'm thinking about calling the board of health.

30 plus minutes to get your food at Burger King is ridiculous. Then the counter help doesn't know to call the name on the order and roams the seating area aimlessly, asking is this your order? Either a lack of training or they weren't literate. Last time to atop here.

This new design is horrible. You have to yell for someone to get service. No one is ever at the front counter. Food takes forever to be prepared. Worst new design for a store. Gives employees more time to hide and not attend customers.

Nice building remodel witk kiosks for ordering. Sandwiches had fresh, soft buns and well made. Love the new churro fries.

Fast food is no longer fast food it's eventually get your food after waiting 20 min to get cold food I've never been so disappointed in how slow and lazy these establishments are and yet they want 20 dollars an hr to be lazy and serve cold ass food

Had a mobile order and went through the drive thru. I ordered an item they were out of and was told they could sub something out for it. When I requested something that was only a dollar more but was a comparable item I was told no and I could only sub out similar priced items. My item was $1.50, the guy taking the order said “comparable price or less” good luck finding anything that’s going to be less than that on the menu. He said no to every item asked for and finally said he would sub it out for the cheapest sandwich but would not allow me to make any customizations to the sandwich.

The woman making the food was too busy flirting with a customer to make our food correctly. The female employee in the kitchen was flirting with said customer while there was a significant line of cutomers waiting. It took about 20min to recieve our food, as she was busy with her male admirer(who never bought food).The hamburgers were dry and cold, the onion rings were inedible. They were obviously sitting around for hours, as they were extremely hard and cold. The cashier was very nice though. He did nothing wrong. Also the store was a mess as well as the kitchen. The kitchen had food all over the floor and had obviously not been cleaned in some time.

Every so often I feel like having a Whopper. This was one of those moments. Because the store is located in the grocery shopping area, the traffic is chaotic at best. They do a good job of preparing the food here, but naturally focus their efforts on drive-thru customers. So, lobby service isn't prioritized,I guess. As a result, it is a quiet location to eat.

Parking: It looked like about eight parking spots, including the handicapped ones. It is set up for drive-thru, I'd say. The overflow parking is shared by the stores in the strip mall.

They never get the order right. Only been here about a hand full of times. They never get order correct. Bald man at the window is never ever pleasant. Never give a napkin, when you ask for one it’s like you’re asking for his first born. Burger King North has much better customer service. Oh and the guy making the sandwich has about 6 hickeys on his neck.. at least cover them up.
