So as a born and raised masshole (aka I'm from Massachusetts) lol 🤣 I was born to drink Dunkin... Well over the years my simple ice mocha coffee somehow was difficult for this younger generation and so I stopped going years ago . Well this crew at this specific Dunkin has brought my faith back in my ice mocha ! Forgot the girls names but great job ladies ! You even made my husband's coffee right and says we deff will make y'all our stop now on the way to our destination! Clean store too ! Bagel was fresh and super soft ,I mean I hit the jackpot ! Perfect ice coffee , fresh soft bagel sandwich and my hubby happy ! Jeeze 😂😜 😊

Was out egg for sandwiches. Would not compensate. Last time here walked in at 7:30 and was told kitchen was closed for sandwiches. Twice with a $40 order I was turned away. That is it I will take my business to pana donut shop. They have better donuts and sandwiches all the coffee types at cheaper prices.

Thought I'd stop and get a fun snack with my kid. The doughnuts were stale like they had been sitting out for a few days. I ended up throwing them away. I do not recommend them for doughnuts.
Zero stars if possible! Horrible iced coffee!! I have probably been there now 20 times and out of 20 my iced coffee has only been made correctly twice! The other 18 times, whatever flavor I've ordered they never put in!!! I have even asked for and PAID FOR extra syrups and STILL NO FLAVOR in my iced coffees! It’s great when it’s made correctly and with the syrup BUT to pay extra for syrup THEY DON’T put in is stealing money in my opinion!! I’m paying for something that I’m not even getting!! I won’t be going back to this one! They’re putting a Starbucks on the north end and that works perfectly! In my opinion they NEED to fire everyone and hire people who will do the job correctly! Or put in another Dunkin somewhere else in the county! I would gladly drive to Gas City if they put one up over there just for them to make my coffee correctly and get what I pay for!

I placed two orders for my family which was 1 dozen donuts and 1 coffee through doordash. The dasher called me and told me he was showing them i had two orders yet they were telling him they only had the cheaper order of the two. i called the store and spoke to a middle aged man and he told me if it doesn’t come through he can’t do anything i proceed to tell him the money had already came out of my account and i needed food to feed my family that morning and he begun to get louder than me and speak over me eventually leading to him hanging up and just canceling my order on their end completely. Very unprofessional as i work in a fast food restaurant as well.
