Walked inside to use the bathroom and order a Dr Pepper and a sweet tea. Rap music was blaring excessively loud, the workers were cussing and shouting. Went into the bathroom, and I will admit, VERY clean, however, I almost slipped and busted my ass because the floor was shockingly slippery without even looking wet. No wet floor sign in sight. I almost slipped and busted my head open, I had to catch myself on the counter while I was washing my hands. Walked out of bathroom and they had turned the music down slightly. Went up to the counter to order 2 drinks. The girl that took my order didn’t even ask what she could get me, I didn’t even know she was ready for me to order until she looked up at me and gave me a FILTLY look which urged me to order. I ordered a sweet tea which they had to be told to get 3 times before they started to get it. I also ordered a Dr Pepper and they didn’t give me the cup for it. Got my cup after the girl who took my order had to be reminded to give it to me. Very clean but the customer service is awful. I don’t care if it’s a bunch of teenagers, they need to be taught hospitality because why was I getting dirty looks for ordering ZERO FOOD and 2 drinks.

Food was decent fries, Trash like normal.
Employees were working really well and with a sense of urgency Only issue is the lack of accuracy per order ( Including my order) . As far as the atmosphere goes give it a one star the store smells terrible.
As I walked up to the counter to asked for what was missing for my order. I then proceeded to say, excuse me to all the employees that looked at me and no one bother coming up to me. I literally had to raise my voice for a manager.
At that time, a young gentleman walked up to me And just stared at me Without saying a word. I politely asked him what I needed. He bagged it up, handed it to me Without saying any words.
I’m not sure if he was a manager I doubt it due to the lack of hospital.
Overall, three out Five stars

We stopped for breakfast this morning and this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. There were plenty of employees just standing around on their phones not doing anything. We were waiting for someone to come and take our order and ended up having to yell and ask if there was someone to take an order. Someone yelled yes be right there all the while employees still on their phones. Finally someone came and didn't say a word just stood there staring at us. We ordered and they didn't say thank you or anything. We will never be back here. The food was terrible and just thrown together. They really need to get it together.

My dad mom and I went to this location it was horrible the lady at the window was rude and kept trying to give me the wrong number for food I wanted a number 2 and 7 and she kept trying to give me a 1 and 3 then when I told her I didn't order that she gave me a addatude and starting yelling at my dad then she gave him his coffee wrong lid not secure so it spilled on his had and burned his hand so when we asked for corporate number we were told they dont have one I am so mad

Ordered a big breakfast with pancakes at drive through around 9-AM AM North Baldwin Ave Marion Indiana. Got home. NO SYURP. NO JELLY. NO KETCHUP. EITHER YOU ALL WASNT TRAINED WELL. LAZY OR JUST DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE ORDER IS CORRECT. DO BETTER !!!

I had the unfortunate honor of eating at this establishment Monday 11/11/25 and Tuesday 11/12/25. On Monday I ordered some Cheeseburgers with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Imagine my horror when I unwrapped my cheeseburgers only to find one pickle on the cheeseburger and a light splooge of mustard. This was irritating but I decided to give them another shot the next day. I ordered again some cheeseburgers on Tuesday again with Extra Mustard and Extra Pickle. Apparently the lady taking my order is deaf. Instead of extra mustard and extra pickle I was shocked to see on the receipt that she put No Mustard No Pickle No Onions and extra Ketchup. Needless to say I will drive to the other McDonald’s location instead and will give them the chance to compete in this battle of the deafest cashier! 👎🏿

The food was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of 10/14 and ordered two Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes and Hash Browns. The eggs were cold, dry, overcooked, and crusty. All three pancakes had hard, dry edges and were cold in the middle. The hash browns were oily, dry, and cold with an odd aftertaste. I don’t understand how everything could be dry, hard, and cold when we ate it immediately after receiving it.

Additionally, the two small orange juices weren’t even filled to the top. The service itself was quick and smooth — we received our order within about three minutes — but the quality and appearance of the food have really declined at this location.

My girlfriend Kyla and I ordered thru her app and when I dropped her off at work she noticed a plastic bag (decent size) in her cheeseburger. So disappointing.

They were not busy. There seemed to be plenty of workers back there I ordered on the machine so they didn't even have to take my order and it still took quite a while to get my order and then they didn't give me one of my items and when I mentioned that they just turned around and took off I didn't know what they were doing if they were getting it or not. But they brought it back to me, food seems okay.Service wasn't good not a single employee said one word to me no hi thank you be right with you nothing.
