The most terrible fast food I’ve ever seen. Actually I never go to McDonald’s it was for someone and it was terrible. The staff was in there doing nothing. This place needs to close. No napkins in the bag! And the bag was dirty with ketchup all over and in the bag.

Went for a shamrock shake at one restaurant and their machine was down (no worries). So we went to this McDonalds and ordered our shakes. We paid for them and then got to the second window. They told us they didn’t have them anymore so we asked for a refund. We then proceeded to wait at least 5 min which was fine except for the product we received was not great. We had to mix our shakes on our own before we could even drink them. This is unacceptable!!!!!

I pull to the McDonald's in north Marion it's 11:10pm and the drive thru doesn't close until 12 as I pulled in to the parking lot two employees were standing put side waved me down to tell me they are close 45 minutes before they are closed I see why they don't get paid more than minimum wage the amount of lazy that you can't go in from your cigarette to make a couple burgers is just lazy smh

Employee that seemed like he was under the influence ran out to the drive thru line an hour and a half before close and told us they were done cooking for the night and then asked us if we could let the other 5 drivers know. We did not. What a joke of a store, even for a mcdonald’s

The cashier has an attitude problem like its my fault she works at McDonald’s she was very unfriendly and had a disgusting attitude most workers there do not listen to simple directions and always gets my order wrong i recommend the McDonald’s in the other side of town because they will at least get your order right.

Use to be a go to for breakfast but now the place is so chaotic and full of what seems to be children orders never come out right. I just left to get home and find out my whole order is not what I ordered at all. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese beagal and two simple sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins with a small oj. Simple get back to hospital for the people i got the breakfast for find out I have a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and two mcmuffins no cheese I tried giving them few chances I just think I'm done spending my money here to always get wrong or messed up orders sorry not sorry I want what I pay for simple. Stay away if you want the right orders. Or go somewhere better for breakfast place is chaotic. People throwing stuff everywhere behind counters cups rolling on floors from behind counters. Haven't had to go in for a while until today because I always use the app until the app froze so had to step into complete chaos smh 🤦🏾 never will I ever again.

Went through drive through and had to wait for a fresh sandwich! This was good until I got home and the sandwich was totally wrong! Attempted to contact store and received a fax beep that was irritating.

My daughter and I stopped there on the way out of town. It was a miserable experience we waited 10 minutes to order at the register why they were so focused on drive thru then when we did order the lady was nice but then we waited about a hour for food finally just gave up and got a refund when and eventually I could flag someone down the customers were cussing and using foul language I didn't want my daughter in that environment we won't be back

I told the girl multiple times I needed my food fresh. I don’t see it pop up on the screen so I tell her again at the window I need it fresh. It’s then not even on my receipt that I realized she either ignored me or doesn’t know what she’s doing. I get up to the second window and tell her, talk to the manager and I thought everything was fine. They tell me to pull up the third window. I do so, why was I waiting 15 minutes for my food that was supposed to be fresh. It’s not fresh. Their phones suck no answer. I’m just over this McDonalds.

ordered a mango pineapple smoothie, they pulled me to the third window and made us wait for 10 minutes just to come out and tell us they didnt have mango, on top of that, i also ordered a spicy mccrispy deluxe and they managed to get sauce on top of the bun, ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with extra fries instead of apple slices and got nuggets and apple slices instead,
