I love this Moe’s but I will say I prefer to do a mobile order due to some past experiences with employee moral. That being said. I still support this place 100%!

First time there!!! The food was mushy and horrible. The staff was a bunch of children playing behind the counter! First and last time. I would definitely not recommend! If I could have they would have received 0 stars. Definitely not a way to run a business.
We have been going to Moe's for years now and have never had a bad experience. The food is always on point, and the service is quick and friendly. Highly recommend.

This location certainly needs to work on its customer service and team building . The did not communicate well with each other . The person running the register did not know how to do a digital gift card . I had to help. She was also not very professional or helpful and not very presentable for someone who is facing your customers and representing your business. She also didn’t bother to ask if we wanted a drink or a receipt . We had to tell workers numerous times it was for dine in. He stood there like he had no drive or idea what he should be doing . He made our food and then rather than putting on a plate with chips just sat in on the counter. Then he walked away into the kitchen and back , with no communication of what was going on .
He asked again if it was for carry out or to go and then finally plated our food . The food tasted good , but this group certainly needs some training in customer service .

I ordered a burrito with queso. I got a tablespoon of queso with a 2.00 extra charge. The preparer replied to my shock with well a dr would cost you 1000 for a visit..prices have gone up! I'm a 62 yr old RN in uniform being lectured by a Moe's worker on economic that she couldn't begin to understand. NEVER AGAIN!

The food was ok but unfortunately the manager John Murray is very unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I placed an order online and noticed it was made incorrectly once I got home, since they closed in 5 mins, I called Moes and was told to come in for a replacement item, which was a simple homewrecker burrito. Mind you I never asked for any replacement but that was what they offered over the phone to make things right and the gesture was appreciated. I came in the very next day and after a short bit of confusion, they found the note with my info and the manager himself came over very angrily and started to prepare the item, he was very upset and questioned me over and over on what exactly was wrong with the original item, instead of just replacing the item in good faith as I was promised by the staff. When I asked him what exactly came on the burrito, he ignored me and continued to make it. I asked him again and he said “everything that is supposed to”, which clearly didn’t answer my question. He said that he “would make it the way that it comes or he won’t make it at all”. I told him that I didn’t want any lettuce on it but that it was fine since he’d already put it on there, he then got very upset and proceeded to throw it into the trash and said he wouldn’t replace it all now. Very wasteful and totally immature. At first I thought he just didn't want to replace the item because maybe they were tight on ingredients but when he got upset and threw it away, it was clearly something personal and it seemed racially motivated. Even other customers tried to diffuse the situation and get him to calm down but he was being completely unreasonable & unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then find another. Short staffed? Hire more people. As a business owner myself, a good business manager stands by their staff, would have kept their promise and knows that their behavior is a reflection of a brand. Such a horrible example of the franchise. 0/10

This is a Chipotle copy cat. The food is not as good and they are much less generous with the portions than chipotle, and more expensive. The good surprise was the buffet of salsa to go with the free chips

Food was horrible and dried out. Rice was crunchy, chicken dry, tomatoes were translucent. Team there was very uninvolved and didn't care about quality.

The food is always good no matter what you get, and the portion size is good for the value. The service is good, but depends on the person serving you. The atmosphere is nothing special; funny posters line the walls with Moe's themed humor, music is always playing, and seating is plentiful.
Vegetarian options: Any meal can be made without meat, and there are tofu options as well if memory serves me correctly.
