The food has always been good, but the timing has been a consistent problem. The last couple of times we’ve ordered, the pizza has been at least 30 minutes past the promised time. This most recent order was placed at 11am for a 5pm pickup, and when I arrived I was told it would be another 30 minutes. We didn’t end up getting the pizza until after 6pm. If scheduled pickup times are offered, they really need to be honored.

Always hit and miss you never know if they are going to make your order right or not. Service is the same. You never know if you are going to get good service or if they are going to be mad because they have customers to deal with.

I order from here like one a month and they've only messed up once but immediately fixed it! I ordered a cheese pizza deliver because I don't have a car and live across town. They accidentally made it a pepperoni so I called and told them. She said she'll send a new one out free of charge and I asked what she would like for me to do with the other one and she said keep it! Today I got some and everything was perfect and the food was almost too hot *good thing* and there was a nice big juicy pepper!! It made my day today!!

Man I brought a pizza here and they charged me 50 cents for per packet of crushed red peppers talk about rip off very discourtesy when asked why the mark up. Anyway won’t ever eat here again

General Manager Kyle extremely rude - its really too bad that some people feel the need to treat others so poorly. I was already having a rough day and left feeling even worse. I can't imagine what it must be like working for him. Everyone behind the counter looked miserable and one of the employees apologized to me as I was leaving. Totally uncalled for and I will never go back. So much easier to just be nice.

Ordered papa John’s and they messed up my order and said I could call and get it replaced right then or later on so I chose later on. So I called tonight to get it replaced and the gay ass manager Alex refused to replace my order

I ordered my Pizzas on Thursday Dec. 19th around 1pm for 2 large pizzas 1 Shack pepperoni and 1 Sausage and I need it by 11am on the 20th I got my email confirmation and I even called them to be sure and now here 4 of us sits at work with nothing to eat and I get a phone call saying my order is scheduled for the 21st what a joke I will go else where for now on

Worst place ever !!! Service leave a bunch to be desired for! Inaccurate prices on web , when attempting to call for service was told my number did t register and would have to call from elsewhere, as I had already explained undesirable situation am in. In addition to offering a pliable explanation, I'm out of town , rather out of state, barely have service, have contact my cell provider many times, they are unable to help situation as no towered here.
Surprisingly I wanted to order from here .. as there have been time when I was able to p8ck up and location was unimaginable, workers working with no gloves handling multiple pized and various topping in addition to one also doing aforementioned and handling the register cause coins people cards, and just as second nation returning to make pies no washing of hands no gloves nothing

Got to the store at 5:35pm and was told it would be another 45 minutes so when I showed that it was unacceptable that I would have to wait that much longer for my food they canceled my order. This store is in need of better management and mobile order placement in the cue to be made.
