I have ordered pizzas from Mississippi for my aunt that lives on Kim Road in Indiana and they are always the best the first thing I've done when I got in to Marion was ordered a pizza and it was amazing and then also sent paper plates and silverware and lots of napkins which is just kind of crazy good

On a Monday... we were informed that the bar area is closed for the duration, reason:lack of help....Our server Chad (looking like he just got in from mowing his yard but had a good attitude) Waited bit to long to be seated. Kitchen got our order wrong and Chad had to wait for it to be corrected. Not the Pizza Hut im used to by any means. Food just ok

I wouldn't eat any pizza from ther,it was greasy and tasted old,they probably don't use gloves when making pizza
pizza was soggy poor experience and was asked to get my own mountain dew out of the cooler i don’t work there that’s the responsibility of the restaurant

We stopped by for a late night supper and a drink. The bar was closed. Servers were unprofessional and slow. After waiting 20 minutes to place order it was at least 45 minutes to the table. Our food was great once we got it there. There was very little followup service. Front lobby was full of Door Dash drivers it was very loud and carried into the restaurant. Overall not an experience I would recommend for dine in.

The restaurant itself was dirty. We didn't order the salad bar, but the stuff on it looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Our food came out in a reasonable time, but the thick crust was NOT the same as a usual Pizza Hut thick crust; it was flat and tasteless. Our server also only came by to refill our drinks ONE time during the hour-long visit. One person in my party tried to order a beer, only to be told they don't serve Alcohol anymore, which was a disappointment as well. The Price we paid was outrageous for the quantity and quality of the food we received. I typically really enjoy Pizza hut pizza so I will probably visit at other locations but wouldn't return to this one!

One party in the restaurant other than us... takes an eternity to be given menus or take our order. I get a beer, it's flat and 40% of the pour was foam. The waitress never came over to ask if we needed anything (so i can tell her the beer is flat). The service is terrible. They won't be in business much longer. It's ran terribly. We saw 3 party's leave(that arrived after us) because there was next to 0 service. On the brightside, I'm sure the employees enjoyed their time on social media. I will never go back. Had a good run but it's clear Pizza Hut Bistro is dead.
