One party in the restaurant other than us... takes an eternity to be given menus or take our order. I get a beer, it's flat and 40% of the pour was foam. The waitress never came over to ask if we needed anything (so i can tell her the beer is flat). The service is terrible. They won't be in business much longer. It's ran terribly. We saw 3 party's leave(that arrived after us) because there was next to 0 service. On the brightside, I'm sure the employees enjoyed their time on social media. I will never go back. Had a good run but it's clear Pizza Hut Bistro is dead.

Very unprofessional business I ordered pizza tonight at 10:53 have text message proof that my pizza was on its way here I am at 12:17 am no pizza ever arrived at my home been arguing with doordash for 20 minutes because pizza hut simply couldnt call me and tell me my order was rejected by the dasher so I had to sit here in an ice storm with no food and on top of it everytime I go in there they are rude! I will not be back to this pizza hut!

I buy pizzas from here once a week or more. I placed a delivery order on the app last night for two medium two toppings, breadsticks, and a two liter as part of an ongoing deal. I get this all the time but tonight I received pizzas that were barely cooked and one was completely wrong. I also didn’t receive my 2 liter of Pepsi zero sugar. The one had pepperoni and bacon and the other pepperoni and beef. The person the pepperoni and beef was for could not eat the one with bacon. I tried to call the store 15 MINUTES before they closed and couldn’t get ahold of anyone that they sent the wrong pizza . This is absolutely ridiculous. I hope I can get a refund or replacement for this pizza. It’s not cheap and the service was horrendous.

I'm confused, do you offer gluten free? You still advertise that you have it at your store, and we have ordered it here recently. The waitress informed us that you do not have it, and didn't bother to check with anyone. Service was poor, food meh. Could hear other tables complaining also. Not a good night for Pizza Hut nor their patrons.

Service was terrible!! The employees were outside hanging out when we pulled up. Got my salad after we was almost done eating our pizza, which we had to ask multiple employees for. Never even asked if we needed refills. Seemed to be more of a hangout for the employees than a job. We won't be returning if the service remains like this.

My family and I dined in, they took our card and bill to pay, swiped card once system went down so they swiped the card again. My bank account showed both transactions, I tell the server he refunds one back. 9 days later I have both charged on my card again. I have talked to 4 different people at Pizza Hut about this. The last conversation was the main office will charge your card and then credit the second charge back. They still have yet to refund my money
