I always love subway, but I couldn't believe when I ordered 2 footlongs and a 6-inch meal deal, I got an attitude. By the way, I've ordered 3 footlongs many times. She handed me my drink and told me to come in next time because I ordered too much during their lunch rush which I checked on the time and it was after 1.

Lady was rude and told me she couldnt simply just put ham on my italian bmt inplace if the pepperonis that they were out of for my sandwich its the same girl who seems to have an attitude problem couldnt even help the lady infront of me! Smh!

The audacity to ask us to tip our sandwich artist for doing their job before we even see or eat the sandwiches. I will never tip at this location my orders are never toasted like ordered. Why would anyone tip for mediocrity?

This is the store has the most rude staff that I have been too. I tried to place a order online for south store and there online were off so I have to place it 3 miles away to call and ask to wrap it separately and they were rude about it said we need to save our paper this is the worst customer service. Now the sub was not made right missing bacon that I paid for. And did not get my deluxe meat something elsa I pay for.

We ordered two subs and waited 30 minutes. Our subs barely had meat on them, they were over toasted, and I found a hair in my sub half way through. For someone who truly LOVES subway, this 26 dollars was not worth the service, or food quality. Highly disappointing.

Went to Subway today for lunch through the drive-thru there is no one else in the Drive-Thru no one inside was told that it'd be a few minutes waited well over 10 minutes absolutely no help ended up having to leave this place is a joke don't waste your time either they mess up your food or you have to wait over 30 minutes or more

North Marion subway, the ONLY subway that will mess up your sub order and when you immediately bring it to their attention with the receipt for proof, they tell you they will not correct it unless you pay for another one bc if they do , the company will lose money. As if the fact that a subway employee messed up my sub is my fault so I should have to pay for their mistake!? How about do not mess up and if you do, take some accountability! That was the most wildest stuff I have ever heard. Literally had to argue with these people to get the sub that I paid for made the way I ordered it without having to pay for it twice. I recommend avoiding the north subway! South subway is okay. They at least take accountability.
