Rude slow and if someone can tell me why it takes 4 cars 45 minutes to get through drive through. The portions are always skimpy and if the foods not cold its burnt. Also I learned if you didnt/cant fold a burrito you just fold twice and make a triangle out of it so you make a mess

To keep a long story short, a couple weeks ago they sent me to the other end of Marion to the other T.B. location because they were out of everything and wouldn’t give me a refund (mind you this is after I waited over an HOUR). I don’t leave a review then because I was hoping it was a fluke, I’ve never had an issue with this location before. I get in, get my food, and get out, no longer than 20 mins even on a busy day. Today, I waited 30 mins, just for my cheese on my food to be burnt, and getting 2 pieces of smushed chicken in a burrito I paid $7 for. I don’t know if it’s a change in management/employees that has made this location lacking, but I’m hoping they get it figured out soon. I like this location and it’s sad that all of my most recent experiences have been sub-par at best.

Waited 10 min before anyone even came to take my order. Employees seemed nice but they clearly are under staffed. Took 20 min to get my order. Order3d chicken quesadilla may as well been a cheese one tacos lacked beef as well. Manager was very sweet they just seemed over worked and understaffed.

Taco Bell is what it is where ever you go. This place just happens to be at a lower standard than most. This isn’t a recent opinion rather than a reinforced one from nearly a decade of experience.

Always check your order before leaving the lot, customer interaction is questionable, and keep expectations low.

The bean burrito is tiny and the shell seems like it's been microwaved five times. Nothing matches the pictures you see on tv. Plus, there's a girl with braids that won't even acknowledge you in the drive through.

Walked up to the kiosk with dreams in my heart and tacos on my mind. I placed my order like a kid writing to Santa. What I got? The culinary equivalent of getting socks for Christmas. Every single item was wrong. I don’t know whose order I got, but I hope they enjoyed mine. Save yourself the heartbreak—go literally anywhere else, even a gas station burrito would’ve gotten closer.
