No stars! Don't get it twisted. I enjoy a good laugh and cutting up. However, not while you have a customer waiting to be acknowledged over 10 minutes (should have gone next store La Charreada, yes I know, BETTER!!). Customer service has gone down the proverbial toilet!

In there feels every time I come to Taco Bell you guys screw everything up I ordered the simplest thing there was I ordered a family pack of Hartselle Taco Supremes and you guys couldn't get that right you couldn't get the family pack right you guys gave me a bunch of soft shell tacos and then you gave me somebody else's order and when I tried to give you back there order you refuse to accept it and that was after sitting in drive-thru for almost 30 minutes I go into Taco Bell 3 days before that trying to get a job and I stand in the lobby for $37 minutes while everybody's sitting in the back line with her phone on got one employee cussing out a customer you got a manager cussing out an employee and all of this is I'm listening to all of this they seen me come in they didn't know I was coming for a job they did not greet me they did not ask me if they could take my order they did nothing and this is the Taco Bell in Marion Indiana on North Baldwin and on South Western the North Baldwin store told me they wouldn't replace my order because they didn't have a manager working they didn't have manager on shift and their district manager was so busy that she wouldn't be able to make it in for a couple of weeks in order to replace my order

not pleased. went to get lunch and my food was prepared wrong and I was missing items. Manger have me a free order next time i came. I didn't get my drink and my quesadilla was made wrong again the 2nd time.

This Taco Bell is the worst!! Other Taco Bell restaurants look like a gourmet meal compared to this Taco Bell.This restaurant can be good at times, however that is overshadowed by the sheer number of times your food is made incorrectly. Not only is food CONSISTENTLY made INACCURATELY, it is often missing ingredients.They are occasionally running out of "main ingredients" such as tortilla shells, beans or rice for example.Employees are more often than not rude and impolite.I feel that as much as I enjoy Taco Bell, I dread eating at this location.My recommendation Is to avoid this place unless your cravings get the best of you. I'd you do choose to dine here, carefully inspect your food before leaving. Missing items and wrong food are common occurrences. If you enjoy Russian roulette, you will enjoy the Taco Bell North experience.

Taco Bell is always a fast fix for us. They are sometimes right and sometimes not. I love the cheesy double beef burrito
