The most horrible, fast food experience I've ever had in my life. I placed an online order as I walked in the door and it took them I thought 28 minutes but I'm thinking it's closer to like 40 minutes and they still had not made the order until I went up to the counter for a second time to let them know she proceeded the manager to tell me that it wasn't their fault that they didn't get it on their screen after I entered it online. Of course it's their fault and she wouldn't credit me any amount of money when we all know that order should have been for free. I included the video. She told me the only way that I would get the order for free is if I gave the food back to her. Are you kidding me after I waited that long and I was already hungry how ridiculous 🤬 do not go to this Wendy's the most disgusting experience ever
