The most horrible, fast food experience I've ever had in my life. I placed an online order as I walked in the door and it took them I thought 28 minutes but I'm thinking it's closer to like 40 minutes and they still had not made the order until I went up to the counter for a second time to let them know she proceeded the manager to tell me that it wasn't their fault that they didn't get it on their screen after I entered it online. Of course it's their fault and she wouldn't credit me any amount of money when we all know that order should have been for free. I included the video. She told me the only way that I would get the order for free is if I gave the food back to her. Are you kidding me after I waited that long and I was already hungry how ridiculous 🤬 do not go to this Wendy's the most disgusting experience ever

The service was good and fast , food was all cold and old , I also got the daves single meal and the lettuce and to.atoe were very slim and caked with mayonnaise and cold as well!
My wife went thru the drive up was handed 4 drinks. When she asked for a cup holder, She was told there were none. She had to juggle 4 drinks by herself driving home. I called to talk with the manager, got a young girl who said they do not have cup holders. When I asked for her manager or the owners name and phone, She laughed and gave it to me. Stay far away from the place.

Well we tried the TikToc rave…. The Nuggs Party Pack Bucket ! Yes you can get it here but we were bummed when we didn’t get the bucket. And we had to pay extra for extra sauces why I gave it four stars. Other than that nuggets were hot and delicious. Service was very good too.

I went here today and I got the worst fries ever. They weren’t fresh at all not even hot they had to be sitting out for a long time. They needed to be thrown out for the price we paid we should’ve not gotten are food like that.
