Call service said 15 minutes to be ready. Go there and waited 45 more minutes, and they were out of bread sticks I ordered. Place was very dirty with several pizzas smashed on the floor the whole time I was there waiting. Got a refund after waiting 45 minutes to find out I got nothing for dinner.
Honestly, I haven’t really had any issues with my pizza, maybe a time or two it was “bare” as if they were short on EVERYTHING, but mostly my pizza has been pretty good and that’s the ONLY reason I’m giving 2 stars. I just don’t understand why on a Friday night they close at 10:00! And if you are able to order you literally have to jump through hoops from someone that doesn’t even work at the store! i earned enough points on the Pizza Hut app to get free breadsticks. I tried to redeem several times and it continued to give me an error that would not let me redeem. very disappointed in false promises
