Customer service is truly made of small choices.

Today I set a mobile order in the parking lot, and pushed send just as I walked through the door. Went to go stand by the pickup counter.

Justine looked up from what she was doing, asked if I had a mobile order, what name, and told me she'd be happy to make it as soon as she was finished with the current task.

I can't tell you how much that bit of consideration...

I was a bit disappointed on this go around. Purchased a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich to go with my coffee. I don't think I have major expectations for a *$ sandwich, but this had like one thin piece of bacon. Either jack the prices up (which everyone has) or lower the quality of the food (which apparently is happening in the case of their sandwiches) but don't do both. Coffee was fine and the staff were great as usual.
