For a long time I wouldn't go to Long John Silver's for the following reasons: food was cold and/or nasty, customer service was horrible, restaurant was filthy, etc... BUT this has all changed. EVERY time I have went customer service is top notch, the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!!! I have tried multiple times to eat here and the door has always been locked. There was no sign on the door and no hours of operation listed. I can only assume they never reopened their dining room after the pandemic lockdown. The drive through was always empty at noon time too. So I gave up trying this past spring. But today my sister was in that shopping center at lunchtime and offered to bring lunch back, so I had her give it a try and she went through the drive through with...read full review

The food is good and cooked up fresh it seems. The only thing that aggravated me is everytime we’ve been there the lobby is closed. We may be getting there too late or something I’m not sure. But foods good and employees have always been nice. Pricey in my opinion but what isn’t these days.
