Ordered at kiosk, because there is no service at the counter. Ordered a crispy chicken,fries and a shake also a mocha coffee. The bun was burnt with a very small amount of mayo. The coffee taste awful like it was old reheated . This place really someone to come in and do a big rehaul to fix the issues. Not worth the money I spent

If you want to feel dehumanized then this is the place for you. This location embodies the worst elements of automatization leaving you questioning the benefits of technology. Multiple people were ignored at the counter for 10+ minutes. Kids in the restaurant were crying just wanting a straw that was not provided with with their meal, all while being ignored by staff. Definitely would have left sooner if I hadn't made an online carryout order. You are better off choosing any other location. Food was prepared well and order was correct.Vegetarian options: There are not really many vegetarian options after breakfast.

The guy who took my order in the drive thru was very impatient and was rude.He didn’t let me finish my order nor did he get my order right.You came to work to work if your gonna have an attitude or be impatient with your customers I don’t think you should be working there at all.I was very clear on what I wanted and spoke loud enough for you to hear so I don’t understand why my order was wrong.other than that the lady who handed me my food was very polite and gave off good energy.

If you go here, do not use the McDonalds App. They screwed up my order and once I showed up to the window, they attempted to give me the wrong item and then directed me to a parking spot when they realized that. Their anager came out 10 minutes later to my saying they no longer had any record of my order and then it was back and forth 3-4 times over another 15-20 minutes. After I showed my order to her on the app, she told me I needed to reorder again because it was no longer in their system and that I would receive a refund the next day on the previous order as the “App” would recognize that my previous order was not fulfilled. Two weeks later and a complaint to their corporate and this store has been unresponsive to resolve my refund request.

I placed my order at the kiosk and was told to go to the counter to pay. I waited over 15 minutes. Literally. I started my time after around 10 minutes and it passed 9 minutes before an employee strolled up.I usually don't review fast food restaurants because they are so cookie cutter, but this place is terrible. Employees walked past me many times to take food out and never once asked if they could help or what I needed.Parking: Over half the spots are allocated to order ahead and drive thru.

Having previously been a regular here due to its location, the food has been steadily declining in quality. On top of that, it's the day after Christmas and for some reason they're not open at 5:00, so now I have to drive around like a maniac to find something before work. Will not be coming back anymore.
