If you want to feel dehumanized then this is the place for you. This location embodies the worst elements of automatization leaving you questioning the benefits of technology. Multiple people were ignored at the counter for 10+ minutes. Kids in the restaurant were crying just wanting a straw that was not provided with with their meal, all while being ignored by staff. I always order the spicy chicken sandwich, and I'm the past it's been very good. but more recently I've been (consistently) given normal chicken sandwiches. I don't know what's been going on recently but the last 3 times I went my order has been wrong.
