“I had made a trip to Greenfield with my granddaughter today and stopped on my way back at McDonalds on Olio Rd. The restaurant was very clean and such a good atmosphere with Christian music being played in the background. I just wanted to commend you for such a nice McDonalds franchise.“

“well first bad meal ever at B33. onion rings not cooked enough. ordered traditional hot wings they brought teriyaki hot, pizza had thrown on top raw peppers and tomatoes. we were too worn out to push issues from Indy 500. mentioned to waitress no compensation offered even said " I don't know what the wings looked like, and never saw a pizza B33 look like that. been there 5 times before to flawless meals but this one was disappointing. 1 star.“

“There were kiosks to order, but when we walked in, a man offered to take our order. This was nice because it allowed us to pay with cash. The food was ready in around 7 minutes. The food was prepared the way we ordered it and it was nice and hot. Great experience.“

I am loving the new kiosks that they have in there. It makes it nice and easy to order what you want, get your drink, and just sit down until your food is ready. They also have super helpful and friendly staff that have no problem explaining how to use the kiosks or helping you get things. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat, especially considering that it costs as much as McDonald's but tastes three times better“

“Came here this afternoon and our server, Justin, and the other boys working did an amazing job. They were very attentive, constantly bussed the table so it was clean, and just overall so sweet and friendly. The food was cooked well and it was just overall a pleasant experience. “USUALLY great place. Great food and great employees BUT July 4th about 6:00pm. My wife and I ordered: 1 Impossible Whopper, tasted OLD not fresh at all. Mozzarella Sticks, did you change breading ? Looks and tastes terrible. Chicken Sandwich DLX, tasted old, breading hard, and chicken dry. Didn't order any drinks. FYI...... BK's double cheeseburgers USED to be best sandwich anyplace, but now, Two thick little patties on a little bun! Not sure how you did it but it sucks! “Ordered the Philly steak through DoorDash and I’ve gotta say, this was one of the best I’ve had in Indy/Fishers, no question.

The meat was cooked right, not dry, and actually had flavor (which a lot of places miss). The mix of onions, peppers, and mushrooms was on point, and everything just worked together instead of feeling thrown on. Bread held up well too… Didn’t get soggy, which is rare for delivery.

Can’t speak on the in-store experience since I ordered out, but based on the sandwich alone, they definitely know what they’re doing.

“Stopped in for dinner and sat at tge bar, The Bartender Kathy was AMAZING! The drinks were perfect and Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable, I ordered the ribeye per her suggestion and I have to say her recommendation was spot on, the steak was cooked perfect and very tender. The food was hot, the drinks were cold. Kathy was very gregarious, and the prices wwre reasonable. I will definitely return.“

“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“

I grew up with the one in Fortville and saw it go out of business from really bad customer service and cleanliness. Who ever gives this less than 4 stars is on Crack and doesn't know how good they have it. I ordered online in the store because they were busy and received everything within 5 minutes. I used to run 2 Five Guys locations this food was definitely fresh, hot, and Amazing!!!!

We were originally way because of the reviews and were aiming for a Hardees a bit further on, but decided to try it.Absolutely the best Steak and Shake we've had in months, and the best food we've had today. This was our first visit to this particular location, and it was hands down the best experience!
