“I had made a trip to Greenfield with my granddaughter today and stopped on my way back at McDonalds on Olio Rd. The restaurant was very clean and such a good atmosphere with Christian music being played in the background. I just wanted to commend you for such a nice McDonalds franchise.“

“well first bad meal ever at B33. onion rings not cooked enough. ordered traditional hot wings they brought teriyaki hot, pizza had thrown on top raw peppers and tomatoes. we were too worn out to push issues from Indy 500. mentioned to waitress no compensation offered even said " I don't know what the wings looked like, and never saw a pizza B33 look like that. been there 5 times before to flawless meals but this one was disappointing. 1 star.“

“If you're looking for a Cheers-like atmosphere where everybody knows your name, Taylor's in Ingalls is where you want to be! You are greeted when you walk through the door and thanked when you leave. The most friendly service around! And the food is phenomenal. BK's double cheeseburgers USED to be best sandwich anyplace, but now, Two thick little patties on a little bun! Not sure how you did it but it sucks! “Stopped in for dinner and sat at tge bar, The Bartender Kathy was AMAZING! The drinks were perfect and Kathy went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable, I ordered the ribeye per her suggestion and I have to say her recommendation was spot on, the steak was cooked perfect and very tender. The food was hot, the drinks were cold. Kathy was very gregarious, and the prices wwre reasonable. I will definitely return.“

“Ordered food at the drive thru on 5/13/26 @ 9 pm, employee unchanged one of the orders, I said clearly one single butterburger combo, got the cheese right this time but entered a dbl butterburger instead. Topping and condiments were scarce, drink tasted watered down and very little carbonation in the Coke. Very disappointed. The last three times I've stopped at a Culvers they unchanged because they half listen or don't omit cheese when asked.“

“Ordered the Philly steak through DoorDash and I’ve gotta say, this was one of the best I’ve had in Indy/Fishers, no question.

The meat was cooked right, not dry, and actually had flavor (which a lot of places miss). The mix of onions, peppers, and mushrooms was on point, and everything just worked together instead of feeling thrown on. Bread held up well too… Didn’t get soggy, which is rare for delivery.

Can’t speak on the in-store experience since I ordered out, but based on the sandwich alone, they definitely know what they’re doing.

“Staff was very friendly and breakfast was quick and timely. IHOP is always overpriced but it’s still good pancakes. The background music was a little bit too loud and distracting for a very early breakfast without a lot of people in the restaurant.
UPDATE: I came back the next week early in the morning and the music was much quieter. It was a significantly more pleasant wake-up experience! Thank you!“

I grew up with the one in Fortville and saw it go out of business from really bad customer service and cleanliness. Who ever gives this less than 4 stars is on Crack and doesn't know how good they have it. I ordered online in the store because they were busy and received everything within 5 minutes. I used to run 2 Five Guys locations this food was definitely fresh, hot, and Amazing!!!!

“What started as a disappointing experience quickly turned into an outstanding one thanks to Karen.

Our order itself was correct, but the food came out cold and seemed undercooked. It looked like there was a shift change taking place and possibly some newer team members, so things just didn't come together as they should have. As soon as Karen became aware of the issue, she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation.

Karen was professional, friendly, and had an amazing attitude. She didn't make excuses or pass the blame—she took ownership, corrected the problem quickly, and made sure we left completely satisfied. Her customer service was exceptional, and the way she handled the situation speaks volumes about her leadership.

Please recognize Karen for the outstanding job she did. She took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into one that reminded us why great customer service still matters. Employees like her are a tremendous asset to White Castle, and because of the way she handled everything, we'll absolutely be back.

The restaurant was busy and you could feel it , the hosts/other server/bartender were all flustered so I didn’t expect to enjoy my meal however Eric greeted and served us in a courteous and kind manner.
