Love the Beef Tallow fries! Burgers are decent. My boys LOVE the milkshakes. Service is hit or miss but nothing that would keep us away. Just not very engaged. They call your name/number on the microphone and then dump your food and walk away. A little face to face interaction would help, especially since you order yourself on a kiosk and don't interact with anyone otherwise. Or even if a manager made a pass through the dining room to greet people and check if everything is satisfactory...read full review
We come to only this location due to their amazing service, cleanliness and consistency of good food and service! We don't eat fast food, but have made an exception with Steak & Shake, since they've cleaned up their menu. Today, we took advantage of the Liberty meal for $17.76. I love how Steak & Shake are patriotic!!!
