I detest ordering from a kiosk!!!
There were kiosks to order, but when we walked in, a man offered to take our order. This was nice because it allowed us to pay with cash. The food was ready in around 7 minutes. The food was prepared the way we ordered it and it was nice and hot. Great experience.
Always love Steak & Shake. Wish they still had one here in Westfield. When it was full service they had great staff and were as busy as this location.
I am usually passing through Noblesville so tend to use the drive-thru. However the window staff is always extremely courteous. Food is always hot and fresh and the lot is always busy. Definitely one of the better locations in the chain.

The grilled cheese and garlic butter burger receive high marks, and the manager and host are noted for their excellent service and ability to resolve any issues.
