We decided to try to eat lunch there haven't been there in awhile. We stood by the door 10 to 15 mins and no one would seat us there was maybe 10 people in the whole place. We finally got seated and we waited 15 to 20 min no server came to our table. So we go at up and left terrible service

Went to your establishment last Friday night. A waitress spilled food right by our table. After a wait we had to ask that it be cleaned up so we could exit our booth. A worker there was very unpleasant in both speech and demeanor. Haven’t been to Applebees in a long time and will never go back

My wife decided to try this for Mother's Day. We entered the restaurant to find only 4 tables with people and still waited 20 minutes to get seated. You could feel and see clearly that no employee actually wanted to be there. When I asked for a highchair, I was pointed in a direction. Every highchair had food caked on it from months of not being wiped off, absolutely disgusting. The table was still dirty, and every chair had something stuck to it. Finally, after about 5 minutes of my family standing around the table, a decision was made to find somewhere else to eat. We found a place called Portillos right around the corner and had a wonderful dinner.

The service was nonexistent for curbside pickup. I ordered an entree & oreo shake. The manager brought out the hot food but no shake. He said he would be back with it. After waiting 8 minutes, I went in & asked the manager. He told me he didn't forget, the bartender would make it after he waited on tables, 2 people called off & that was the best he could do. The cold meal for my spouse in the hospital was disappointing. Poor service under poor management is what you can expect.

Didn't have the staff that day, I sat in the waiting area 30 minutes before I was told that they couldn't serve us and turned away close to another 20 people, but they were nice about it though

I ordered food for carry out... When I got home I found that there were several things wrong with the order... I went back to the restaurant and the manager, Jeremiah took care of me. The food was on point! He made sure that everything was fresh and cooked the way it was supposed to be. Not only did he redo the food for me once I showed him what was wrong...He gave me complimentary drink while I waited. He handled it very kindly and professionally. Thank you Jeremiah 🙂 I hope you have a happy and safe holiday
