Worst location. Staff is rude. Food is disappointing. On-line menu does not match menu in the restaurant. Most recent visit (1/18/26 -11:30am) will be our last visit at this location. Male bartender was assigned a few tables outside the bar. He was super rude. Rolled his eyes when we asked about food topping (food allergy). Rolled his eyes when we mentioned the on-line menu didn't match the menu in the restaurant. Watched him scratching his face and handle cash, then putting his dirty hands all over garnishments for our drinks. Husband ordered the new burger on the cheese filled skillet. Here was so excited until he got his meal. Food came cold. There was very little cheese on the skillet and the burger was fuzed to the skillet which means the food had been sitting there for a while. Saw him one time after that. All around horrible experience.

Server hardly waited on us. Took r order brought us drinks and that's it. Someone else brought the food. Someone else fixed r wrong order. Another server asked if we were done and needed boxes cuz she saw us looking around for r server. R server was on the other side of the restaurant waiting on other tables. She said she was busy. We asked for r check. She stood there while we boxed r food and gave her the check back. She came back with r credit card threw it on the table fast said have a good night and walked away.

Came in unacknowledged for quite a while then finally they sat us and I ordered a cherry Pepsi I’m still not sure what flavor pop she brought me but it wasn’t cherry Pepsi. If you are looking for quick accurate or courteous service don’t come here.

We have always loved the food at Applebees but the service at this one (now our second time) is not up to par with the other Applebees we have been in recently.
Went on a Saturday night only 2 servers and the bartender had to serve our booth. It took 10 minutes before she asked to help us. We ordered and i had one of the drinks off the menu ( Makers Mark punch). My advice don't get it it was horrible those flavors do not mix well. It took awhile for our food to come but it was good except the fries were a little salty. Also the manager had to help bring out the food. Overall it wasn't too bad but please get more staff it was getting busier as we were leaving.

Waiters and waitresses were rude and acting lazy. Food took over an hour to come out. Drinks took 30 minutes to come out. DO NOT recommend. When food did come out, they brung it out one by one. My friends were done eating SOME of their food by the time ours came out. Food doesn’t come out all at once.

Jasmine B is a terrible server!! 30 minutes for a chocolate milk and coke, she had 2 other tables. Talked to her co workers right infront of us for about 10 minutes before ever getting our drink order. Food was terrible obviously. Jasmine was very rude at every exchange. Applebee's completely needs to re staff this location or it'll be closed soon.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food.Everyone in my party got their order but they were almost done before I got mine which were ribs, that's only because my sister went up to the girl and told her I never got my food. The waitress never came over to see if we needed anything either. We also had to ask for our check.
