Their food is just fine, but their attention to is highly scary. I waited 30 minutes for them to print a copy of my receipt that I showed them on my phone For my mother‘s birthday. I was offered a drink while waiting and pushed to pay for it once it was made. Their customer service is the problem.

I would have given this location at least 4 stars but I’ve done have to drive out my way to get whatever I want and I’m right around the way from this location. I’m upset and need a Dunkin Fixn but can’t get it here.. Hummmm

Love Baskin Robbin, but will never go to this store again. Special ordered a birthday cake for party tomorrow and the cake was not what I ordered. I was told it couldn't be changed and I couldn't get a refund until Monday. The party is Sunday (tomorrow) and no cake!!

Found this gem based on prior reviews. We arrived to a long line and thought about skipping - glad we didn’t. There is nothing fancy here, just great ice cream and a friendly staff. They even swung they the line and offered everyone water while they waited. Nice way to finish our visit to Baskin-Robbins

Very slow......we ordered a decent amount of ice cream (5 people's worth). I am one person and when asked for some kind of carrier I was told no. I had 2 waffle cones plus 3 cups. It was not easy to carry all of my order. The staff was not polite. Will not be going back.
