I ordered an almond crescent and I received a No flavor and really hard indescribable something. Not even fresh. Service was slow as heck 😒 😑

Edited this review from a long time ago because the location is no longer the same as it used to be. Any time you go here, you'll ask for a certain flavor of ice cream and they'll never have it. And it's not because it's a busy location where product just sells out. It's usually pretty dead there. So you get the impression that they didn't even order it or it's in some back freezer somewhere and they were like, "Nahh, I'm not wasting my time putting that out today."
It's so bad, in fact, that I finally just gave up and stopped going to this location. I got tired of hearing flavors weren't available and then being in the drive-thru trying to figure out which flavor to ask for next. I just basically told myself to pretend this place doesn't exist and to just go to either the location on US 30 or the one in Griffith.

They were closed and hour early and had a bad attitude when we tried to ask them about it. Probably won't go to that location again.

Terrible location, I'm just gone say that. How are you in walking distance to a large apartment complex and many homes to children(ice cream) & adults(caffeine) or whatever one wants and your dining area is never open. Oh, not to mention survey codes or the store number does not work when try to complete surveys which rises my suspension, is this a real store? But what I am seeing with the line up of many other restaurants or fast food establishments, their doing what they please. It's not about customer service anymore only a paycheck.

Went with granddaughters ordered 2 double as scoop cups and paid for 2 double scoops. Got home 2single scoops in bag. Never get the we order right.

I went there at 7 for ice cream and they said they were shut down for the night because they were already cleaned.... they close at 10
If I could give negative stars, I would. Never have any flavors available and the speaker in drive thru is horrible...can't hear them well and when asked to repeat what they say, they get rude and tell you to wait.. FOREVER. I see why this place is never busy, who wants to go to an ice cream place that has no ice flavors that they advertise.
