I am sorry to write this review about this place, but it must be done. This bad review is NOT for the waitress who served me though, she was an angel. Service here is not bad, but the food is, and that’s not right because you go here TO eat. The food itself isn’t what is horrible, it’s just that the warmers for the food must not be working well because the food gets cold really fast. Or, maybe it’s the fact that the overall temperature in the dining area is colder than it should be. It’s also the fact that the table I was seated at had smudges all over the glass. This isn’t to bring down the place terribly, but to hopefully get a message across for future improvement, and to also inform that this place isn’t honestly worth $20 a person right now. I wish well to this place though, because it definitely has the potential for a more pleasant atmosphere.

The food was tasty and fresh. We do not eat sushi so no comment on that. I liked the fried catfish with crispy coating. The pork shumi potstickers were stuffed with pork filling. No soft serve ice-cream, but the ice-cream cups hit the spot. Soft drinks included in price paid. I would come back again.

sushi is delicious. wait time is short. it was pretty packed on a Saturday night but it didn't feel crowded. everything seemed very clean and spacious and our waitress was very sweet.

The lady kept forgetting our drinks but she was nice about it! Very cool food, worth the price
I’ve been coming to this restaurant regularly and usually have no issues with the service. Unfortunately, every time we are served by this specific waiter, the experience is terrible. She consistently ignores us, doesn’t check on our table, doesn’t bring refills even when requested, and leaves dirty plates sitting for far too long. On top of that, she repeatedly gives us side-eye, which makes the situation uncomfortable and unprofessional.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I always tip after my meal, as is normal. Tips are encouraged in restaurants, not something owed upfront. The service should not depend on whether someone tips before the meal even starts.
This has happened multiple times, not just once, and it completely ruins the experience. I’m extremely disappointed and upset, especially since I’ve never had these issues with other staff here. Management really needs to address this because it’s unacceptable.

Rules posted but did not follow by personnel and when questioned the cashier would not answer or acted like he could not understand English. Kept asking for refills on Fri is and food was old-not fresh! I will not return as it was not worth the money.

Horrible Horrible, just Horrible!!! The cooked food it's so old and dried up including the fruit and dessert, only the hibachi it's a little better since they cook it in front of you, i can't believe people pay to eat this food, only the girl picking up the dirty plates was very nice
