I want to add Ive worked in a kitchen for 4 years as a cook and I know all food safety. I Was here a few days ago haven’t been for a few months I was waiting for my hibachi to cook. As I’m standing there a man took a wet rag (from sanitizer solution bucket) folded it up and and collected all the raw ingredients that have been sitting on the counter for who knows how long into a pile he picked up the seasoning rack and put all the chunks behind the counter. Another mad from the back comes and uses 1 finger and flicks around in the pile of food and pulls out 4 raw shrimp covered in seasoning. He turns around and gets a metal pot from the counter and puts the shrimp in it goes to the sink and rinsed the shrimp off takes the pot to the raw ingredients and puts them back into the pile of raw shrimp to be served. Then he put the put back on the counter I’m assuming to use again for the same reason. Absolutely disgusting.

Atmosphere was great. Everyone greeted me. Sushi was above the normal. The buffet did not match up to the hype. It's only 1200 and most of the food is cold. Eggdrop soup, dumping, sweet&sour chicken, noodles and the green beans were all cold. Not a great experience 😕.

THIS PLACE IS NOT CHILD FRIENDLY !
I’ve been coming to this establishment since 2016, when I was a kid myself throughout rumors of them having rodent &’ pest problems. I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant, &’ I come here pretty often at least once a month. Today, I paid for a party of 4 (3 adults, 1 small child) costing almost $80! My baby is teething so she’s very irritable at this time, there were other babies around crying &’ being loud, they’re babies, they do that and they don’t know any better. We weren’t even there for an hour and my baby was crying for about 5 minutes due to her gum pains and a server, who wasn’t our assigned server came to my table asking me to take my child out because it’s burdening her clients ! Unbelievable ! I tried to explain to the lady she’s a baby and teething and she repeated herself, so I got upset &’ expressed I paid good money to come here and eat with my family for her to basically kick my baby out. So I told her that we’ll just be leaving, &’ she walks away with an attitude speaking some Asian language. This place is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY AT ALL! I will not be returning to this establishment for the lack of child friendliness, I am a department manager in the food industry and this is simply not how you deal with families with small children. How disgraceful and dissatisfying, honestly .

Update: Today's a holiday brought my mom here because she was craving it but my rant is why do you offer coupons to your customers and you don't honor them? Why because of the holiday? Well, your coupons should state that. Otherwise, that's false advertising. We won't be coming back!

family and I were there 9 days ago and now I remember why I haven't been there in awhile. When they first opened their food and customer service was excellent but now they're terrible. They use to have pride in their food and customer service, and they were clean, but now their food tastes stale, customer service is awful, and the female bathroom is dirty. I will not come back and I can't recommend them because of what I just said. If any customers still venture out there. I really hope your visit was worth it.

This is one of the best chinese buffets on my list,(and my list is long). Sushi, hibachi are also options. They keep the food fresh and hot. They have a big clientele which helps with that too. Definitely worth the stop if you're in the area

As far as buffets go, this is Vegas level quality. Not the bad part of Vegas.
BC O seems to care about keeping a good establishment, which makes all the difference.
Pricier than the typical buffet, but then again, those cheaper buffets also have kids running about, obese ogres, food all over the floor, and sticky tables.
That night, I didn't want to deal with that. It was worth the increase because the food was also a far better quality! So, in the end, it was a "you get what you paid for" scenario. Do you just want to eat "something edible" or do you want to eat good food where there people actually want to feed you something good?
That night, it was my treat, and this is what I wanted. And I was happy.
Try their ginger slices by the sushi! It is amazing!
