BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Ordered the avocado rolls and the BJ's burger with a side of veggies ... The avocado rolls were decent but the burger and veggies were awful, I have had better food at Applebee's. The server was great I felt bad complaining to her.

Had to give a 1 for food because 0 wasn’t an option. When we walked in, it seemed promising. We were greeted kindly by the hostess and were seated pretty quickly. Our waitress was kind and brought us waters right away and took our drink order. They were unfortunately out of the alcoholic drink we wanted to try, but ordered 2 other drinks instead. They took forever to get to us from the waitress who kept disappearing for 15 minutes at a time every time she went into the kitchen. When we got our drinks we were told there was a drink runner who must have been on break. The drinks were watered down and the new blood orange drink was AWFUL. We ordered the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and those were great so we were optimistic for the meal. We ordered a great white pizza, it was doughy and seemed undercooked with no sauce. The onion rings were falling apart, mushy, and also seemed undercooked. Our burgers were burnt and fries were soggy. Ranch we got with the food smelled and tasted sour like it was expired. The manager was kind when we addressed our issues with her, she expressed her apologies and adjusted part of our bill to compensate. Before our food experience we were going to order a dessert but didn’t want to give this place any more of our money. Would not return or recommend to anyone. They need to retrain their chefs to put out food qualified to fit their prices.

Everything as amazing other than it being freezing!! Bring a hoodie or jacket and get ready for some great food!!

We went to celebrate Fathers Day. My husband had the prime rib which he said did not taste good at all but of course wouldn't say anything. He ordered a beer and we watched it sit at the bar for over 30 minutes before he went up to the bartender to ask if he could have it. He also hunted down his own salt and pepper shakers as our server was no where to be found. Our waitress did come back a few times to refill drinks but was also very absent much of the time - when we needed something. My shrimp scampi pasta was ok. Not a whole lot of flavor and I do not understand serving shrimp with the tails on in a pasta dish. Doesn't make any sense at all. My daughter enjoyed her spaghetti and meatballs and pizzooki.

Our food is consistently excellent!! Pork chops, burgers and salads...and of course you can't forget the Pazookies...

Usually good food and service but no this Father's day. It took over half hour just to take our order, and sis get appetizers until almost an hour. I ordered the sirloin and chicken dish, asked for medium well and got well well done almost burnt and didn't eat it. Wings were good. My wife had jumbulaya and she had no sausage in the dish. My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and it was burnt. We didn't get refills when asked until later and we were done eating. Waitress was not personable and others got better service than we did. I initially had to call her to take order because no one came over. They usually give the Fathers a free glass like I got.last.year, I was not given one even though I saw others leave with there's. So as not to make a.seen on my father's day, we laid and left with the intent of sending out comments instead.. Usually get good service and food here, it not.this time..very disappointed.

They were out of tavern pizza, Philly steak sandwich, and prime rib sandwich. Several of our party of ten were disappointed and had to settle for something else. After a several hundred dollar bill, it's disheartening that many of my guests left unsatisfied with their meals. (Not to mention they didn't tell us that till we went to order so we had to select something else quickly.)

This was my first time, me and my family enjoyed the food and drinks, will defintely go back

The steak was old and fatty on the wedge salad and even the lettuce was sitting in a pool of water! The ahi tuna in the salad tasted borderline bad but the salad itself was good. Really disappointed with both food and service

Our service was absolutely horrible. I asked a manager for help as we didn't get our entire order or refills on drinks and she never came back similiar to our waitress after dropping off food. My wife's drink was spilled partially on her initially and then my daughter's refill when we finally got service for Diet Coke refill was spilled on her and her boyfriend. Our waitress was not friendly and was slow and inconsiderate.

Great food and service. I took my colleagues and everyone really enjoyed it. Our Server, Katelyn and the Senior Manager, Julie were fantastic. Thank you!!!
