I ordered sides and expected them to be put in separate containers because I was buying for multiple people and they threw it all in one box.which had eggs, bacon and potatoes. So I was supposed to separate them? I called them because I thought my order was wrong only for them to say oh we put it all together, and did nothing to fix it.

Waiter visited our table right away for drinks, then again to take the order. Didn't see her again for another 20 minutes when she brought starter and drink, then another 20 for food. One of the drinks had to be taken back due to "something in it" as per waiter, food had a hair in the omelet and was relatively cold. Meat was dry and bread was stale. Saving grabe of the meal was the cinna-biscuts, the rest was a huge let down. Waitress never returned with check, so we eventually had to go out front to request to pay. This permanently ruined Bob Evans for me.

I had never been in or even knew about Bob Evans. My wife made me come. I had breakfast. Started off with a very friendly and helpful hostess. Then a server took our order. Even better than the hostess and that's saying something. Tabitha took our order, helped me decide by giving great suggestions. Excellent choices. I ended up with a sausage biscuit with home fries, egg and gravy. It was good. Cooked just right. And did I tell you that I felt like home. I wish there was a Bob Evans in my state.

Biscuits were over cooked. Got our food fast and my drink was empty when food came and the server didn’t bring a refill until I asked for one when she came back 20 minutes later. As she was standing up front flirting with the other employee. Note there was only 2 tables with people at the time including us. Then there was issue with payment and manager was rude. Never going back there again. Wouldn’t waste your time!

Very unhappy. Just left your restaurant. I was seated and then ignored. I waited a LONG time & nobody came to take my drink order or my order. After waiting an inordinate amount ot time, I got up & left. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I gave you a big, fat ZERO!
I don’t know what happened to this place. I have always loved going here. This Friday was different. were served cold coffee and old cold food. It took 45 minutes to receive our meal. It was so awful that we couldn’t finish it.
